Have tried to install this app 3 times on my Samsung tablet & each time it freezes. If you want people to use your app, make sure it works first! Not happy 🤬
the boq apps are useless.. they dont give you details of transactions for 2-3 dzys. you have to ring Customer support to find out why money is missing.. the 1 Star i give it is Genourous..
Can't even get past the initial setup as no branches found and no option to skip.
Absolute rubbish wouldn't allow set up only allowed me find nearest branch to me, well guess what I know where that is
Pretty basic, not cutting edge technology here...
Don't download, app doesn't work! BOQ you need to do better

Since the last upgrade the app is now unusable on android devices. It just cycles through the login page over and over....
Having trouble getting onto the bank app on my tablet but no problems on my phone what is going on.
It's useless. It doesn't load half the time, it's unnecessary slow, it crashes, and is outdated.

Unfortunately I changed banks, BOQ is the worst banking app. It's just locked me out saying I have to update but won't update . THE WORST
I am soo glad it isn't me. Why do you have all of this advertising? Page after page as soon as you open the websites? People just want to get their banking done. You advertise "SIMPLE" There is nothing Easy, Simple or Fast about this website.
It only shows one third of page so I can't transfer money,pay bills as I can't see anything but home screen.
Yep, it did the same thing to me, downloaded it, opened it, ... got a blank screen... froze, doesn't do anything, left it open for 5 mins.... nothing changed... absolutely useless
