For some reason typing in your password is very difficult on Google Pixel, shifting and entering the symbols keyboard only works for a random amount of time and then the keyboard jumps back to the default lowercase letter keyboard, there is also no finger print support which is frustrating
They are always very helpful, always in a great mood and are just all around awesome to deal with, wldnt want to bank anywhere else, they make the banking experience less stressful
Like it so far. Easy to see all accounts and make transfers. Wish it would give the option of staying logged in all the time.
Use to be a great app. Change isn't always good. I haven't been able to get in regardless of all the hoops I've jumped though. Unimpressed.
Your app continually freezes upon opening. Even after uninstall, reinstall three times... Is there a permission issue or anything I can do to prevent this??
It never works. Won't even give me the spots to log in. Keep having to uninstall and start all over. HORRIBLE so called upgrade.
Constant problems and glitches had to call Evey other month to get my account fixed and now they just lost $60 and claim it wasn't there rather than fixing the problem don't use this bank any other bank is better

Took them all weekend to update ther mobile banking. And they still do not have the app cleaned up.
There is overlapping content and some areas are impossible to understand let alone navigate.
Can't access my account. The update says it's incomparable with my server using Google play store on a 2020 android.

Since they updated over this weekend the app is not working. Super annoying.

New updates can't even get in my account. Have to go to the website. No longer convenient.
Very useful. Biometry would be a great addition.
The check deposit needs to accept the checkbox on the back of checks so you don't have to write on them for mobile deposit only

very convenient when I am not planning an 18 mile trip to town and a check appears in my mail box. my mail arrives early enough to process same day! I can also transfer $. Just not sure how secure it is, but I'm sure there's more risk with on-line shopping.
