Border Traffic App

TY! For your swift response. There was an issue with opening the app, but I am now able to access the app. As stated previously, its lifesaver / time-saver. I am familiar with Tijuana & border crossing routes, so I rely more on the CCTV cameras for accuracy. This app has saved me so much time when crossing back to SD & not to mention less anxiety b/c I don't have to sit for hours in my car just to cross back.

I do find the border wait times more accurate than most. Labels on the cameras with something user friendly and improved the camera maps with more detail would be nice. Take for example, San Ysidro ready lane cameras 6/7. It's very difficult to tell out the landmarks or exact placement of those cameras in the photos. The buildings all look alike and no obvious landmarks and the map only shows via rapida y oriente. Im not sure if that is in zona río, near the CFE, or where that is exactly.

The only issue I have is, I'm ready to upgrade to premium, and I can't do it through the app store. I prefer all my app subscriptions, be handled and paid through Google. I try to avoid providing my credit card information, to too many business entities, I do see you use paypal as an option, but I no longer use paypal. I would be willing to pay an extra fee to offset, the charge google would take from the transaction. More than happy to pay 1.99 a month.

They need to find a better angle/zoom in on some cameras, no need to show that much in the cam to get the idea on where does it stand the line. It is ok for what it is, but, definitely could be better. Zoom in more in some, zoom little out on some. It is NOT a bad app at all, it does the job, but, it could be better?, yes. My review number is not an option, but, it would be a 3.5; not 4.

Email to cancel does not works!! A tip for all, better use Google maps traffic, you can see exactly how long is the line to cross the border, for free!!

You Cant call Customer service to troubleshoot the issue and you have to email them the issue. I paid for the premium and was charge for it and still no premium servive, and it almost took a full day to get back to me thru email and they they said they fix the issue- not surprise is was not fix, and still does not work. Customer service is awful. Disappointed

I love this app. It has saved me so much time whenever I need to cross the line, exiting Mexico & entering Mexico. It has also helped by allowing me to see what may be going on inline, if it seems like it hasn't moved for a while. I definitely recommend this app. I definitely recommend the paid version if u cross frequently so u can utilize all views of all the cameras

For a long time it was really good and then recently all they've had is issues in blackouts and now none of the cameras work so no you don't get to keep charging money when you're not providing a service it's a dirty little scam that you're trying to play.

I love this app and would not be without it. I travel across to the US several times a month as I live down in Mexico. I go from Rosarito to Otay and use this app to cross. While I'm sitting home I can look at the cameras and see how many cars there are. It's very accurate. This is my second year. To be honest, when I was about to renew there was a day where I was slow to renew because I did not know my renewal was coming up. As a result,I was without my Border Crossing. Com app for a day and did not know what the Border traffic that day looked like. I felt like I was blind. That should tell you something . I am so used to using it. And renewed that day that's how important this app is to me .So if you're looking for an app; where you can gauge what time to go over- this is it. As some people have said ,there is a time delay but it really doesn't matter because the small delay doesn't make much difference .It's as close to live as you're going to get. Great app!!

Is good to have. When is working good. I keep having problems with the app, it keeps saying download click here. I keep doing it and nothing. It goes the google store to open or uninstall. So I click open it doesnt do nothing. It keeps saying new version of border traffic is available click to download here. It doesnt do nothing.

The app is ok the service is terrible. I have tried to reset the account because I have changed phone and tablets, only 3 are allowed, I get the 3 dispositivos re estableser, and I never ger the reset emai this has been going on for a year, ive olso tryed reseting my pass word same problem I get the email successfully send and never get the email. I tryed contacting a representative or chat with one for help is but is non existen.

This is a terrific app that I use all the time. Right now several cameras are down but I'm sure they will fix that. It has been very windy so I'm sure that's the reason why. Wind blowing the cameras around but I love the app. Accuwait is very accurate- regardless of what people have said in the comments here. I find it to be very accurate and I cross to the United States- two to three times a month; back and forth, so I really rely on this app- it is the best one out there, believe me.

This is as good as it gets. this app with all the live cameras never fails and has saved me many many hours wasted just setting in line. Sometimes the Readi Lane is quicker than the Sentri line. Who knew?? For $5 a year for unlimited access 24 hours a day this is the deal of the century! That's about 42 cents a month. Even once pays for itself if it let's me do something else rather than waiting in line.

I love this app because just by looking at the amount of vehicles waiting in line u can determine if it's time to get in line for me, and a lot less stressful than not knowing how long it actually is, the agents are usually very nice and promt on moving the line as fast as possible.

Wonderful app such a great idea and incredibly worth it. If you look at the video and decide not to go to the line once you've saved the price it cost for a year $7 I believe and what is more you save your time. THANKS!

Love this app!! You get 30 days free, after the 30 days you have options to pay $.99 a month. Wich is not bad if you get great video angless and accurate times. Plus you can choose either ped or driver.

This app is just awsome !! Really it is. Theres no bullcrap by all other apps thay they guess always so wrong by even mistaking by 90 minutes difference.so thers no help on those apps at all. Here uou have a video and you can be sure with your own set of eyes !! On whats going on at the port of entry, to the greatest country on the planet USA🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷

Today I wanted to check the traffic, and the app says there's a new version, to click to update, I click and it opens the Play Store and my only options are, Open or Un uninstall, I just can open or update. 😒 I just can't use it, and it just renewed

They charge you and then there are still ads. And there is also a daily limit to how many times you can view the cameras. When you want to cancel, you can only submit a request to cancel, and of course it is just ignored. So you keep getting billed until you call your bank.

I love this app, I cross daily and this app is a time saver for sure. I just use the video you can see for yourself whats going on at the boarder. Thanks for the awesome app and I hope you guys keep growing. Oh the people that complain about this app have no idea Ive been crossing since 2000 and this app is a game changer. Thanks again

Update; 10-23-2021 12:49 The app is not working 😕 There is a slight delay in video feeds and it is looped. It would be more useful if it was a constant live feed.

Barely used the the app. After paying an annual fee, Im trying to cancel and it won't allow me to. The year passed I already got charged a monthly fee..

I was expecting an accurate app. Shows old video with huge traffic jam. When in actually was clear most of this eve...Is what was shown. I am now uninstalling this app.. it also doesnt even post any wait times or even has a current graft of average traffic history... + also has no user imput to acctual experience thru cusom averages...

Camera angles Fixed! THANK YOU! Best app for the busy border crosser. Saves time and money on gas! From what I have read, people that gave one 🌟 are weirdos and probably don't deserve a response but you guys are professional and do respond. I wish you guys more success with this app.

Why is the app saying update available click to download and there is no update for it. I pay for the premium service. Please get this problem resolved. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and same problem. As soon as you get it fixed I give you a 5 star rating. Thank

You cant quite see if theres traffic or not the buildings block the images come on you guys !! you need to set cameras in new spots. if you dont move your cameras to new spots im out ,,i will not renew the app when my anual membership expires ! im sure other members will not renew for the same reason thank you

Update from 11 Jan. They did respond to my email and problem resolved. Thank you. This app gives me a general picture of what to anticipate...I live in Mex, hour + from border. Use this along with another and cross my fingers.

Been trying to get in contact with support as we update our 3 cell phones and now none can log in to app, sent request to reestablish but never received email with link. been using for years now, but this is the first complain i have and hope its resolved quick so it can also be my last complaint.

Cameras are not live. They keep replaying the same thing over and over after 3 to 5 seconds. I just saw the san ysidro cameras as 6:51 am and they keep replaying the same short videos over and over. This is not accurate at all.

The cameras are not live, there are delays that give you wrong speculations. For example today, it shows 2 min line on Sentri, but actually its more like 30 min. Im in line but the video shows there is NO line.
