Dumb. False advertising Info is not accurate. Says border crossing are closed when I'm in the line and they are clearly open. App also states video for the bussiest crossing. But has no video for San Ysidro the bussiest border in America (maybe the world)
All anybody wants from a Border wait app is roughly accurate wait times. If it can't provide that, it's useless. Says 15 min wait at Peace Arch, yet I've been here for 20 min and I'm at least another 25-30 away. Double or triple time just doesn't cut it
It takes almost twice the time it says. Unreliable.
This app is always wrong. Add another 2 hours to posted times.

Overall UX is unsatisfactory in my opinion. The interface is clunky at best and data seems to be inaccurate at times. An example is when the app says there is a 0 minute wait time but Google's traffic overlay shows a red line indicating slow conditions, and border wait times are 45 mins+. Finally, on the user interface: the app does not take into account the varying screen sizes. My 4" device shows data great. My 5.5" device is a disaster if I scroll down from its initial starting point and attempt to scroll back up, as it simply refreshes. Great concept but could definitely use some TLC on the UX side. The main question can boil down to: How can this app take the US border wait times app, and rival it, making me favour it over the latter.

This app was working fine before the update, waiting time was accurate, cameras will show actual real time waiting, But now the cameras are down and says image error, can't download. Please fix the bug. Thank you.
