Many flaws as given by other reviewers. 1. most scary is your account balance may not be correct! Ex. I tried to withdraw money from a bank, they just swiped card for authentication. But my app balance was showing debited😲. That was never corrected. Customer care sent me statement, which was correct, so I was relaxed. Imagine the situation in foreign country! 2. App deactivates as soon as you switch to other or minimize.3. Statement never sent to reg. email 4. Statement currencies misleading.

Useless. Unreliable. Not user friendly. Most of the time I am unable to login. Servers are always down. The statement and transaction details are difficult. Some random charts show random transaction. No option to sort the record date wise.

This app can be used only to view balance, that too after long time after transaction. Please don't change password (your password won't be changed and you will be stuck with wrong pin) and don't expect to see transaction history or any other features with this app. Better use Thomas Cook online service (by putting user ID and password) every time.

Terrible app. Very difficult to register, especially birth-date - does not allow the date to be entered directly. You are forced to use the calendar and if you are 50+ years old, you have to click the reverse arrow 600 times! I gave up!

It's really very annoying experience with this app. Getting app closed when I minimize to see the message notification which I got while registering first time. Even it's not reading the message notification automatically. Not sure how to proceed..

Seriously pathetic app and card service. In app you can't login using credentials that you can use on their website. I can't even login after using user id and new password generated by Forgot user id and password option in app. Even the noobs build a good login page and such a big company app not working is really a shame. I always get error message that "Some error occurred". App can't update me about the exact error.

It just blocks your account forever. Edit : Luckily the service is good and replies within a day to fix the problem. I mailed and my problems were fixed. 1 star less as the inconvenience had still been caused. Could change someday later after re-using the app and checking the new platform.

The app does not work most of the time. It says there server is down. I cannot check by balance and transactions. Further the transactions in one currency are denoted by other resulting into confusion. Dont know whom to reach out.

its a fairly simple app that actually doesn't bloody operate. it does not open half the time, the other half doesn't let me log in decently. all the apps and basically customer service is HORRIBLE from Thomas Cook. just get another travel card from American Express or something.

Very badly designed app. The login would not go through even with right password and will eventually block the I'd. Also the captcha shown is barely visible .Their call center is not interested in taking any feedback for app !!!

Worst application. Not user friendly. Currency in transactions history is showing in dollars but the amount in AUD. Kindly update and make it user friendly. Give m pin or fingerprint options.

Pathetic App!! Throws random error messages. Even if you put in the right credentials, it gives some popup with some random number and mentions Error. Is this app even tested? Like seriously..the worst UI error handling that I have ever seen.. And yes..I know you will give my comment a standard reply..that "you regret the inconvenience so I should please call your number or drop you a mail" Why can't you read all those bad ratings and reviews that you have received over your app and improve..?

Honestly there are wayyyy better cards and service providers out there for your Forex needs. Experience w Thomas Cook and Borderless has been absolutely horrible. You cannot load money online, the app is an absolute disaster, customer service is dodgy at best. And overall i would NOT recommend this to anyone at all. Go to your bank and get a Forex card, it'll serve you WAYY better

I dont want to give even a single star. Worst. App never shows updated balance. Now the app is not even starting just gives server error. Somedays before unable to login through app, it was giving error connecting to server on 50 Mbps line.

Not working. As I read in previous reviews web and app registration is not in synch. I am getting msg "new user to be registered", though I hv web access. Not tried re-rgstr coz of the reasons listed in previous reviews, if you try to register afresh. I was trying to find trx in app as I am not able to find details other than current in web. If I try to view last month stmt online, err msg flashes 'internal error". but says maild, not sure to whom, I didn't rd.. app/wb both useless

Tried accessing my ForEx card through their website, that's not registering my card, then tried this app, getting some different error. I'm not sure how they are running their services with these poor tools

In dec 2019 an app while registeration asks to fill date of birth and pops up default date widget. Try filling a date of birth which is before 1980. Just shows no one has tested this app nor is serious about how its used. Must be highly buggy and unreliable too. Uninstalled it immediately. Pathetic!!!

Improve app...to enter dob while registering...need to scroll back to month and year manually...if year is 1960s ...think how much to scroll back ....not sure whether app is tested properly....pls correct in next updates...to enter dob on the same page...

Worst app. I tried to use basic service of forgot password but it's not working. I am traveling and this is how the app behavior is. Another worst thing about thomas cook is there website for account information and guess what they require is ADOBE to register account otherwise you will not be able register and check balance. Such a foolish and worst developers and there product designers.

Unable to login. Your device is rooted. You can not proceed further. Please fix this issue. I tried reaching the number. It is out of coverage area. I have sent email to the provided email around 10 days back but no reply..

9 out of 10 times "Server issue. Please try again later." I have used it only once..exactly once since the month that I have installed it. Since then I get error for the last 10 days straight.

Horrible ! The app doesn't work 99% of the time. Always shows login error. The developers are not bug fixing and no updates too. Dont try this app

I am not able to create a user account. Everytime I try, so unexpected error occurs. Not able to create account or view transaction details.

Most of the time not able to log in due to some server issue. While travelling you need to check your balance. Please send the balance amount each time we use our card

Pathetic app, pull this app down from playstore. I saw 1.5 rating for this app and thought this cannot be true and tried to use this app. But this app is not at all reliable. Very slow, not able to login even by providing correct credentials. Not acceptable in this daya and age when everything is a click away, one comes across such a pathetic app. Please work to improve this app or pul this app down.

Its a useless app as it does not even allows to login and just displays a message 'some error occurred'. And this is the problem which exists since the app was launched.

I have everything that need to register but it's been coming up with "error in registration" every time . Need to fix this , otherwise there's no means for this app to be on the playstore.
