Bored Panda

Should be a simple app that shows the BP articles, but about half of the articles come up as "Oops, something went wrong". It gets annoying fast since you can't access the content that this basic content delivery app was designed to show. When an article does happen to load, many of the entries are cut off with no way to see the entire content.

There seems to be a number of features missing from this app (at least there is on my phone). 1) I can't edit or remove comments or posts that I make. 2) There's a very small character limit for me when making a post. Something like 30 characters. 3) Some images or posts won't show up no matter how many times I reload. And when I try to login in my browser, it doesn't let me. The page just reloads but didn't log me in, so I have to use the app if I want to contribute or comment on anything.

They have still not done anything to fix this app. On mobile the website works much better and is much more convenient than this app, so I don't understand why they even have this in the first place. This refuses to connect randomly and CONSTANTLY, regardless of how good the internet connection is. You can't edit your comments either, even though you can in the browser. Doesn't deserve a single star.

This app keeps going through phases where it crashes constantly. As in, the moment I open it, it crashes I thought it would stop when I replaced my phone (which was having tons of issues), but it's still happening on my new phone. And there's content that won't display in some articles (something about not being compatible with my app version even though it's up to date), and a few weeks after I log onto the app, I become unable to post comments. Great site, awful app.

Not really useful for exactly what it's designed to do. Static posts are fine but anything with a video you get the update message that takes you to the applestore or you can go through an elaborate process of hitting sharing then using the link in a browser. Might as well just stick to browser (where they tell you the experience is better in the app. Ha!). Ok for photo competitions and such but just skip it of you're interested in anything else.

God awful. The app will randomly stop loading all posts, even the articles you had open. Sometimes the popular tab will stop working, sometimes the upcoming one, sometimes both! Yet ads keep loading and changing. There is no way to get back to the home page either. One of the worst apps I've seen, save yourself the trouble and read it on your browser or a non official app.

I like being able to see the first few comments under each picture which is why I prefer it over the website (where you have to click on any picture to see the comment). Lately, though, it has been taking a very long time to load. I also have never been able to comment. I get an error message everytime. As other have stated, videos are unable to be viewed, even if you click on the update app message. I have a Samsung android, so I don't know if these problems apply to other devices.

I cant see the posts cuz it thinks that the app is not updated. It is. When I click on "Please update your app to access this feature" it sends me to itunes. My device is Android. Also i dont like that in a post after the 10th picture (more or less) I must click on "show 10 more". It is frustrating clicking it, waiting to load and then, of course, ads show up. Imagine what is like reading a 500 ish pictures post and clicking "show 10 more" after every 10th. At least time goes by at work but still

I like this app and I look at it almost everyday. However, the sucky part is that I get "Oops, there is an error" message almost everytime I comment. Also, once you post a comment, you can't go back and edit it which ia dumb. I make spelling errors at times and I hate it and like to go back and correct it. If you can fix these issues, I would give it more stars! Nov. 8, and it still has the sa. E issues. I even switched accts and still my posts won't post. Something is badly wrong!

Update app to access feature... no update available nice. Also about 1 week after making an account to post comments. The issue arose that everytime I attempt to post a comment it says - unable to make a network connection. The app crashes all the time and you lose your place in the lists. Just a very broken app altogether. 2 stars just because I like the bored panda site.

love this app... I'm taking away 4 stars because despite doing everything I can, I can no longer make comments. It's particularly frustrating because I was able to comment on a few in the past so why can't I now? Please... fix that issue! I have a huge problem with the app taking a huge amount of time to load. Then, it freezes every few minutes and it's annoying as hell! Can't this be fixed? I love the content but it's useless if you can't get to it. I've even tried to uninstall then reinstall.

I love Bored Panda, hate the app... The layout of articles is appalling, sprinkling random snippets of image based text with the actual text of the article so that it becomes an unreadable mess. Sorry Panda, you urgently need to revisit how this is put together. I downloaded it, and less than 24 hours later am deleting it, because the articles are so user-unfriendly.

Used to absolutely love the app but it's like pulling teeth trying to read anything now. It's constantly refreshing, crashing and generally not loading. The pages aren't updated as much as I thought they would be. Just going to stick to browsers. Less stressful!

Crashing multiple times and not fully opening articles properly. It looks like very bad cut and paste job on those. If it keeps up much longer, will be uninstalling for good. Articles are good--when you can get them loaded up.

It used to be an enjoyable app. But lately, it often crashes on my phone (just black screen) and the article pages often failed to load. Such a pain in the neck to keep exiting, closing and restarting the app.

It's a really good app i love it... but lately for some reason it doesn't show me the posts properly and says that something is wrong even though I have perfect wifi and even if try using data it still says something is wrong; I hope they can fix that because it's starting to get really annoying

Nice, but has a a problems.. just had to l in about ten times in the last 30 mins to vote.. 20-30 second later it looks me out. It also let me see first 40-50 post of a 100+ parts story and then stopped loading. A few stories later it decided it doesn't wish to load it.. mmm 🤔

I just downloaded and can't view any pictures or video. Pictures don't load at so there's just big blocks of white throughout stories. Uninstalling 5/17 Tried reinstalling no help. You can't read a whole without getting a "something went wrong" error on every other list.

When it works, it's a fine app with good content. However, most of the time, there ends up being an error message when trying to see new content. I have to then view the site using my browser anyway.

At the moment the app is rubbish as it keeps crashing and closing. This has happened on several occasions where I have deleted the app then installed it again. I wont be installing it again until this is fixed. When working it is a very good app and quite interesting and entertaining stories

Love this app but I am not able to upload pictures or contribute to "Hey Pandas" more than one sentence. The past few weeks I am unable to open several posts and this evening I just keep getting a "failed" notice.

Bored Panda is a great site, however the app is a piece of garbage. It takes too long to load, and once loaded it continually freezes on the "home page" and the content pages. This has been happening for months now and there is never any feedback, I'm not even sure the developers give a darn about the feedback here.

You say update to show this feature, but application is up to date. I can't play videos - again it says to update app, but I have the latest version. At some point nothing loaded, I cleaned cache and data, no change. I had to uninstall and install it again to have it working again.

I can't view any videos in the app. It tells me to update my app, with a link to update it. But it takes me to Apple's iTunes. I don't have an iPhone. Not everyone in this world can afford one. My app is up to date according to my Google Play store account, but still can't view videos. Still says it needs updated. Please fix this!

Entertaining, but verrry glitchey. Often doesn't load items or only loads half of them, keeps saying 'oops... something went wrong'. Seems to have gotten worse over last few months. Really annoying as I love this app.

Very buggy app. The "latest" column doesn't work (that's literally what it says when you try to go there) and half the time the stories you click on won't load either. I don't know why I still try to use this app because I always end up just going to the website, where at least your stories load.

i actually really like a good chunk of content on here but the app itself is riddled with bugs, mainly with the activity feed always saying "oops something went wrong" as well as all of the posts ive up voted disappearing. that aside theres definitely a lack of new content and i feel like the "trending" category actually never updates but i could be wrong.

The Ad block window is becoming a major issue. To the point I am uninstalling this app. I have white listed, "clicked here" for an ad light experience, and disabled ad blocker for this app, and it still pops up, at times without allowing me to do anything, and not allowing me to continue to the website.
