Used to be good. It was easy to use, get alerts and easy to find the schedule. Now it's terrible. Bring back the old one.
Better off just calling. They ignore the photos and just close these tickets without addressing the reported issues.
App keeps running in background and showing floating messages about connection
It worked well for a while. Now is completely broken. Even uninstalling doesnt work.
boston is awful in terms of accountability for closing tickets. e.g. ive opened several reports regarding waste management failing to pickup curbside garbage or recycle. instead of them picking up the waste they ticket us for not bringing the full receptacles back to our house. countless other examples. boston Gov takes the L

APP. OK, Response from CityHall depend 95% upon: The Issue,City Dept. Req. & IF Individ.reportng. is considrd. worth time for a response. Dispatched Agents permitted to: Ignore call, reprimand caller, determine that obvious Infractions=No Evidence, Lie. MAPS are outdated: 1 Condo.Develop has "No Address" yet-1 Resid=Fined, 3 ignored for identical Infractions !? Need DIS, Resid. Pkg., BPD? Prep.4: Ignored,run'round, BPD shrinks u while perps.illegally plow&dump private snow over ur HP parkd car.

App crashes immediately after launching

Your GPS Has a Mind of its own.. If i type in a address your GPS feels like i put in the wrong address and it want to put in another address.. So i clear it and retype the correct street and again it wants to select it street of choice.. Aggggy Oh and dont even think about moving or walk away when doing a request.. Bcus again that Waak GPS keeping interfering were it's not wanted... Grrrrrrrr🍗👹
Downloaded to log a complaint. App wouldn't allow me to register. Utterly pointless.
Very useless and productive!!! Immediately in system! Case opened immediately is violation found! God bless America 🙂
Worked great before update now it is garbage
All I get is error messages saying the services won't initialize. Totally useless.
Application doesn't do anything other than list the following error, "services not initialized". Previous versions have worked well, but right now the application is completely useless.

Awesome informative on traveling by wheelchair
The "submit" button to send a report doesn't work. Tried to submit a broken bus stop sign on my commute this morning, checked that all the fields are good to go, but can't submit. This is a new issue, I had no trouble a few months ago. Otherwise would be 5 stars
