BOS Mobile Banking

July 2021 update Well a new version has arrived and it doesn't work on many Android phones. Like the previous time there is no response as to when this might be fixed. I am not giving it 5 stats because from Oct 2018 until Feb 2019 this app didn't work. My phone upgraded to android pie in Oct. After that update the app no longer worked. I was told that it was my phone and they had no idea when it might work. Sometime in Feb I noticed an update and it worked.

I like this app it lets me know when my card is used but sometimes notifications are late but other than that great app

The BOS app is much better than past apps. I would give it 5 stars, but there's always room for improvement. I see others who have upgraded their phones have issues. I have had no problem with my 8+. Now if I could just get it to charge on my charging pad in my truck!

It worked great for a few months now it updated and no longer works a security message pops up then it shuts down I've uninstalled and installed it. I've wiped my cache it no longer works. But I used it daily when it worked

This app is pretty great. I don't think it has ever been down. And the account balance updates regularly. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because they are slow to update and have several button options that aren't implemented in the app and it has been that way for 3 years.

I have used this app for 5 years now and it pretty much always works wonderfully. (save 1 system outage). The only thing I might say more of is more info on the date charges started processing. Other than that it's an awesome bank with an stellar app

Helpful intuitive app to manage your accounts.

Normally I've had good results with the app. However for last 2 weeks I can't get the app to open. I've uninstalled it twice and it's not working. I don't know what the problem would be.

I have been trying to log into my mobile banking for now over a week I keep getting a message saying the mobile app is experiencing issues to try again I have even called the bank they want me to bring my phone to the bank so they can see if they can discover the issue they have had me uninstall and reinstall this app three times and I still cannot get it to work it worked fine before

Never had an issue until now won't even start up flashes me this white box saying something about the settings on my device. Then to reboot app. Yea nothing. Anyone else giving these issues? Or who I could contact?

The only reason I need this app is for mobile deposits, and those don't work anymore. I hope I don't have to switch banks to get a working mobile deposit app.

Deleted my previous 1 star review to add a new one- app no longer works on some Android phones after last update. Called in to get guidance and was instructed to "just use the website". Absolutely furious.

This app gives me issues Everytime I use it. I can't understand how something can be this glitchy time and time again on multiple devices

I have enjoy this app with BOS. Its because of their hometown experience accompanied with update to date use of technology that I enjoyed banking with them for 30 years.

Everything is great except the splash screen when I first open it. It takes too long to go away.

Convenient and user friendly. I especially like the instant balance option

Easy. Convenient. Effective. Reliable. Secure. Have no complaints or issues.

Overall pretty nice so far, wish it was easier to access account number and routing number info via the mobile app but that is probably my only gripe

Every time I try and open it it I get a message that says that the app has closed unexpectedly. Every single time I've tried to use it

App is pointless. Once I done an upgrade to my phone the app completely stopped working..... Highly disappointed

it is quick, accurate and simple to use. ive never had a problem with it. i like the convenience.

I can't even log in anymore. It used to be fine, but now tells me there was a problem and to call the bank.

Idk what happened. It was working out very well then just stopped. Will not start up

Convenient , fits my time schedule perfectly . Eliminates lots of trips th the Bank .

its convenient but i wish i could look at pay history on individual bills that i have paid

Like it lots, but wish the fingerprint sign in would stay ON!

Used to be great. Now doesn't work at all. I can't even login to my account!
