Bosch Remote Security Control
With all compatible control panels, users can:
- Turn their security system On or Off
- Turn specific areas On or Off
- Control outputs for applications such as lighting control
Exclusive to B9512G, B8512G, B5512. B4512, and B3512 control panels, users can view live video from Bosch IP cameras (requires control panel firmware version 2.03 or greater). The RSC app supports Motion JPEG (MJPEG) video streamed over HTTP or HTTPS.
Exclusive to B9512G, B8512G, D9412GV4, and D7412GV4 control panels, users can grant access to homes or businesses remotely by unlocking and locking doors (D9210C or B901 and other hardware required).
This app requires the installing dealer to create a Remote Access Profile (certificate) for users, and to install the profile on their devices. Prior to installing the Remote Access Profile, users can evaluate the app using the Demo Mode. The app cannot connect to any security system until a Remote Access Profile is installed.

Since this app updated, the icon looks different and i can not access my zone 2. It doesn't show the advanced tab and my different zones. The app stopped working after an update. Not sure if it was the app or the phone. The app works on iPhone5s, Blu one, HTC7, but not this Moto X4. Dealer said he has notified the developers but still no fix.
I'm rewriting my review from a 1 to a 4. My installer logged in remotely to system and also the wifi and discovered the IP address on my wifi changes routinely. The IP address has to be Static. Installer set it up so the IP address it uses is STATIC. Ill report back if my opinion on the app changes. He also told me when I test it or use it, I should not be logged into the same Wifi the system is using.
Doesn't work on Android.
My app was working fine and has stopped working since the update. My system is only 3 years old and it is unfair for customer to replace entire system just because you broke the app with your new update. Highly disappointed.
Version 3 of Aug 2019 would no longer connect to my panel. Reverted to version 2.8 of 2016 and it works again.
Previous vs disappeared on my Android phone and new vs turned alarm on but, no icon downloaded to screen anywhere.
It's unlike a typical Bosch Product. It doesn't work. I would not recommend Bosch alarms for this reason.
Stopped working after an update on my Samsung note 8. Will change my review after this is fixed. Called and emailed bosch and they said I am not a dealer and that a dealer needs to call.
will not work with my note 8 or note 9, keeps saying update app, but there is no update for app.
Cannot arm or disarm alarm from phone since update. Installer has no update on when this will be resolved
App crashes everytime I select a profile. Unable to use app functionality.

After the latest update 23/9 i still got connection error and unable to access my panel ☹️ the app is useless!!!
I am unable to use this app on my new Galaxy S7 Edge. I have been trying to load the profile certificate on my new phone and keep getting an error message saying "Cannot load profile". I was able to get it to work on my Note 7, however and it worked fine. UPDATE: I discovered that if you load the application into the background first then open the profile from my vendor from the email, it works.
I love my Bosch panel and the app gives you everything an end user needs. I wired my living room air conditioner into a B308 octo-relay module and now I can turn on my a/c when I'm driving home from work, among other things.
Turns the alarm on and off. Limited functionality. Really, All it does does turn it on and off. Its unable to turn it on in the instant mode. It ALWAYS defaults to delay. Camera function is a joke. It defaults to snapshot mode so you cant get true motion out of it. 1 image every 2 seconds is what you get. No option to change it. Thanks Bosch, I bought your crappy camera to enable video integration. Mistake! What I would like to see changed. Instant on available. Bypass points Better camera options (Real Video, H264) Third party cameras supported.
This version crashes on Android 8.0. The app needs to be updated to work on Android 8.0, please. Thankyou
Works fine. Very limited functionality with Solution 3000. No timestamps on events or push notifications. No log details of arm or disarm. Basically a glorified key fob.
Too complicated to set up. The profile setup requires two separate programs plus a way to transfer the certificate file to the mobile device. No support for Solution 6000 either! Why bother? Paradox and DSC do a much better job. Even bloody Risco is easier...
Had the initial problem of the app not selecting the profile, but I followed instructions of another reviewer by uninstalling, reinstalling, then reselecting the profile. Works great!
Galaxy S7 Edge, can't load profile. Totally useless . Does work with Apple products though!

Wife and I got new phones and upgraded to V 2.7.1 of this app from 2.7.0. Now we can't load our certificates. What's up?
Works fine on Samsung S5 using 5.0. Using system 3000. Created certificate myself. Can't wait to upgrade system to use outputs. Just getting a module communication error with the b426 and the 3000 on the house control panel (nothing to do with this app). Doesn't effect operation of system... Just annoying... Any ideas?
Was frustrated by the app crashing when I tried to load a panel certificate. Uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded the cert again, and voilà! The app works again.
Since Android 5.1.1 app force closes when I try to select a certificate
Has issues connecting via my phone. WHEN it connects, it works like a champ, but I'd say 7 times out of 10, it won't connect via phone. "Unable to connect to panel"
