Its the feeling you get when you had that experience when everything was done manually thru hand sketch and had to insert all dimensions and details, and yet still when you were about to start doing drafting away from where the site was..and twas bad you had to go back again coz you werent able to visualize some details. What a savvy experience doing things with this now so handy.
Installed it chiefly for the measurement camera to improve management of my project photos. It works fine, yet there is space for improvement. First of all the thumbnails in the photo gallery should be cached. They take too long to display even when the photos don't fill a full page. Then it should be possible to create subfolders to facilitate grouping of photos within a project and to move folders within the hierarchy. On my wishlist: superimpose a grid when taking photos for less distortion.
Fails to connect to the GLM50C using Android 12, One UI 3.1. Phone sees and pairs with the GLM50C but software fails to see or connect to it. I verified the GLM50C is Bluetooth active with a Bluetooth scanner. It is transmitted ID, MAC, and details.
Okey for fast measurements notes, but using my phone (as it's small and handy) to take pictures and measuring up and doing this another day with my tablet, and these not working together is a huge lack of foresight from the developers, as I'd prefer using my tablet, when looking back at measurements, when working. Logged in to the same Google account, but lacking cloud synchronisation between devices, severely hinders more serious notes. Maybe add shared dropbox folder for device sync? Thanks!

I mainly just use the unit converter, but the app has some great features.
Its good. You can register your tools easily. Its a self explanatory design. Has other functions and calculations on here too. The more the merrier though - hopefully next version there will a few more. Thank you devolpers.
Its kinda cool knowing the errors cause and knowing how to go about finishing each task. This app catches the errors while using the connected tool, leaving the user (YOU) feeling at ease and accomplished.

I like the converter but it still needs to convert cubic meters to cubic yards. There are a lot of archaic measures which are neat but not useful. Could have really used cubic meters to cubic yards on a deployment where I placed a lot of concrete
Great App & even better Tools! The tools are much smarter than most Idiots who always get "Outraged" & or only give 1-4⭐ Rating & Bad Reviews/Comments for stuff they didn't even bother to read the actual Story or BASIC DETAILS/INSTRUCTIONS & even simple Pictures 1st, or it's actually THEIR FAULT/ERROR something didn't work right, or they just can't figure it out, or heard some other IDIOT complain for same reasons, either way they still refuse to ACCEPT BLAME/RESPONSIBILITY & always blame others
Doesn't detect or add tools. It also apeear to be an extra app that is a little unrequired. I'd prefer to add tools all under one app which I believe would require adding some slightly older tools manually
I've been a Commercial Construction Superintendent - Project Manager - Safety Officer and held many other titles throughout the 40+ yrs in the industry. Many times over those yrs we've had guys that were under educated but sharp. I wish that I'd had a tool of this nature and caliber to put into their hands. Sure... it's not the best but it's better than giving them a pencil and attempting to teach them while you're trying to build a Hospital. Everyone has a smart phone now. Give them this tool!!
Would give it a 5 star but i bought the 18v 45cn grinder snd the Bluetooth module and you can only set softstart, non of the other functions shown on videos on YouTube, a bit disappointed, can set the grinder speed or the LED brightness
Please make the post-dimensioned pictures more accessible for media apps. Having to screenshoot a done photos everytime I want to send a measurement to a client is troublesome
It seems I am always wasting time screwing around with connecting to Bosch products before I can actually use it... still trying to connect it to my phone.

Love this app. I work in a world that mixes and uses metric and US measurements. For over 10 years Bosch has helped me calculate and navigate this world.
Just got the tool and blue tooth module. I haven't put it to work yet. I changed some settings. Looks good so far but I will try it out before I get it for a second tool.
It used to be really easy to manually input your tool details to register for the warranty. This app fails to provide a manual method and despite numerous attempts both to login and do so I'm thoroughly fed up.
I have barely opened this app and it has blown me away. With just seeing the first few screens in the electrician section I can easily say this is a must have for any tradesman.
convert functionality has been messed up for a while now. you don't need 12 digits past the decimal displayed either...annoying, will find a different app, maybe even non-German
I use mostly building documentation, the report sheet and the unit converter. I find these tools absolutely fantastic!
Fantastic easy to use app. I downloaded it for taking pictures at site surveys with measurements and notes.
Can't connect to a GLM50C. The "measure on" app is unavailable. Looks like I will have to return the laser measure and delete this app.
Good experience so far with bluetooth charger.. but please increase your bluetooth power tools in Malaysia.. why almost none being sell here.. I have to order from outside country to get bluetooth function
Edit: to move ends of the arrowed dimension line in the measurement camera tool you have to do it as soon as you have marked the line. If you move the entire line bodily you cannot then move just one end. You have to deselect then reselect the line then pull one end to where you need it. It's a great app which is very useful. Wishlist: generate thumbnails in the background in the overview page it takes so long for the pics to load, provide an undo button, allow entry of free texts on the photos.
