Honestly wish that I an give this a half star. I'm putting in the correct password, I have even tried the original pin number given to me by the bank . but it's now allowing me to access my account . this is very annoying and very frustrating . Needs to be updated. 16th July . after sending an email with the bugs from the app the company's support email. I was sent an email with a confirmation code to update my password. which worked fine . Today the app has started doing yo the same thing I can
great app to see if or when you have money missing or added...but no way to pay Bill's send money or do transactions...I have been locked out 3 times this year having to reset every month or so and nobody seems to know why...there is a bug i the system and it needs to be fixed.
I would love the app to show me every transaction i make and i would also love to be alerted every time money is added or removed from the account. If yoy can work on that for the next update that would be lovely. Thanks you very much
Good app however information is not detailed . The app does not allow Individuals to see transactions happening in real time.

This is my updated review. This is even more beautiful of an app. Again, extremely user friendly! My only suggestion would be to change the logo to match the update. Lose the giant phone symbol with mobanking. Its in the app store....so it must be mobanking. If you want to add mobanking....type it extremely small in the subscript! Just keep the logo simple with just the ECFH logo
Been using this app for a while now, and all of a sudden it says, "This app may not be optimized for your device", when I try to log in. At times it also says, "You must be connected to the internet to use this app", even when the device is CLEARLY connected to the WiFi. This is frustrating. Please fix. 😑
The app worked great until it started to show that my Network was disconnected and it never worked again. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled but it still does not work. BOSL please help.
The app is easy to use for any newbie to the app world but the disappointment is I can "set" alerts in app

Quite simple to use. Your balance can be checked whilst you're on the go.
The transaction history is wayyy too limited on this app and that should be one of the more important features

Love the app. Elegant and seamless interface makes using this app a very pleasing experience. Now only if the desktop version could take some pointers.
Haven't been able to start the app. I have a galaxy tabA T285. It used to work okay but after some upgrade, when I open app, the splash screen comes up and just continues sliding to the left to show the same splash screen every 3 seconds indefinitely. Works fine on my BF's S8 maybe because my tab does not have finger print scanner, I'm not sure.
