The best and easy way of sending money. I am very happy I got this app. Very hight exchange rates and low charges as compared to other money transfer services. I sent money anywhere and any time. You can cancel your transaction or remodify your transfers. I have an amazing experience with Boss.

One of the best apps for sending money to your country from the USA. The exchange is fair and their service is quite reliable. I have had problems in the past that were solved within minutes of contacting them. I am quite happy with the app and I fully recommend it.

Has been v. reliable and quick enough compare to Western union. Less worries if more transaction fees would be demanded when money gets to Cameroon 🇨🇲. No questions about who sent and why ? Except for the increase in transaction fees from a $ 1.99 to $3.99 which seem too much to send money less than $2000 to me as my recipients convenietly receive money through Momo, which also has its own withdrawal charges. It was easier and more frequent at the cost of $1.99.

Very straight forward and easy to use. Used it several times and have had no issues as the money always goes to the desired person. Kudos!

I've been using this app for 2 years. Sending to the same handful of contacts. Now all of sudden all of my transactions are being held for review lately and taking hours to deposit. No one is able to give a clear answer why this is happening. The only reply I get, is that it's randomly done by the system. I'm going to use another service if this continues. It's a huge inconvenience.

This App is quick and Reliable. I love how secured it is, because every time you out of the page for a second, it is close and you have to put in your password again.

I can say now that I have received all the help and assistance a person can get. Customer support was really helpful and they solved my problem right away. Thanks to Hancy Jimenez who contacted me and gave me the solution that was needed. 5 🌟 for you Hancy.

I used to use BR regularly untill recently they all of a sudden start canceliing my transfers with lame excuses. Sad how there is a 180 degree turn in performance.

I highly dislike the fact that every single time you send money to someone you have to submit all the info again. It would be very convenient and helpful if the app could save the info of the contacts you send money to often...

I wish you guys cud have services in all states. Some of us work on the road ans in some states yu guys have no service. Overal the app is ok n services as well

I'm currently using another app to transfer money international. But a friend of mine recommended this Boss Money. I just registered and downloaded the app. Soon as you open the app it shuts down immediately. You're unable to do anything. Sounds to me it's not reliable. I'll continue to use Xoom for my international transfers.

After 9 days of sending money to a bank in Mexico from the US, money has not yet arrived, refund requested was declined, agents and supervisors don't care and want to fix everything with I'M SORRY issue had to be requested to have high priority and answer was I have to wait up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS and then ask for a refund. I will never use this company again, prefer paying more for better service.

I hate this. I do t usually comment, but it is so hard. I'm inactive for 10 seconds and it just kicks me out from whatever page I was in. It is so hard to freaking keep up

Tried using app to send money 3x, the money never got sent. I've requested they cancel since the money was never sent but only 1 was cancelled. For the other 2 transactions, they keep saying my cancel request has been escalated and to wait. It's been over a month! I've called, live chatted, spoken with a "supervisor" and it's the same story...keep waiting. No timeframe...just keep waiting indefinitely. Time to involve the BBB, FTC and my state consumer protection office. Update- complaints filed

It's been a wonderful app, and easy-to-use, and fast in delivering as well. The costumer care services is awesome too.

Great experience, they always have free charges and good rate. notifying also when transaction is made and when the money lands in the recipients account.

I tried sending money to family back home with a selection option of different banks, i selected the bank i want the monet to go to but i was surprised that my money was sent to a different bank account and its been so difficult to get customers service in other to get it resolved but proved abortive. I have to send through another app and it was done asap with no stress...

Safe , easy and fast. It's true convinent using this app. I have not encounter any issues whatsoever transferring funds to my love ones. Hope it continues.

I have been trying to complete my first money transfer for three days now. I got all the way to the final step and after I hit the dollar amount and submit, I keep getting an error message that says "sorry, your transaction has failed. Please try again." I have spoken with Boss Money Customer service numerous times but the issue has not been resolved. Very frustrating!

God i was reading people reviews that's ridiculous they need to learn how to use the app because is easy and save time i make transfer at any time and i can choose deposit in a bank account, pick up or delivery......I ❤ you Boss Revolution......If you have any problem just call customer service.

Salutary! I think asking of the Street where the recipient lives is actually not necessary. It delays the process.

The best and secure way to send money to Haiti,but I have problem with the limit that you can send. It's to little.
