Once or twice I've had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app because it won't go past the login screen. It will act like it's loading and then just go back to login. In general, the interface is just not user friendly. I consider myself pretty good with phones, but I can't imagine how difficult this app would be to navigate for someone who is smartphone illiterate.

This update is Garbage! It takes half a dozen steps to find your recent transactions and they're not easy to read line items anymore... The simplest info is the hardest to find and there are no shortcuts other than quick balance view. Terrible! Give us the option for the old app! Looks like my 5 yr old designed this!

Idk what happened but in the last two weeks balances are wrong and the app no longer accepts my fingerprint. It also tells me my password is wrong after I just changed it and locks me out. Super frustrating, I got the app so that I wouldn't have to keep wasting my gas going to the ATM to check my balance. Please fix it.

while it doesn't have quite as many features as the larger banking apps, what it does it does very consistently, and if the app is ever down it doesn't take long to come back up, I plan to be using this app for a very long time

This was maybe a 3 star app before all the security updates. I can't log into my account at all. Not even after the 8 digit security text that I have to accomplish daily. Probably switching banks solely because of this app.

I could easily log in then all of a sudden my phone app won't let me in it just flips back to sign in screen I hate this security update they should have given customers a choice to wether or not they wanted to up date and then when I call they tell me it's my phone no it isn't my phone it's the app that's messed up I will not go out and purchase a new phone only to get same results SMH

It WAS a good app before the upgrade. Now it will download app but can't use it. Was told it wasn't compatible with my phone. IT WAS BEFORE UPGRADE AND I REFUSE TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE TO CONTINUE BUSINESS. Please fix your APP!

Really wish you could interact more with the app. For instance, see the date AND TIME on each transaction. . Maybe in the next update?

This app is always reliable and available when i need it. I am able to link and manage other BFCU accounts with my account. I absolutely love it!

2.5, great when it works but once a month it will go down and it seems like it takes too long for developers to either realize its down or fix it in general

I don't know what's up with the app, maybe it's just unable to run on Android pie/9.0 but the app does not open on my new phone but it still can on my old phone

This app is so glitchy I almost want to just change my bank. The website itself shuts down multiple times a week. It's annoying.

This app is so encredibly super slow compared to the old one. I honestly wish they'd move back to that one.

help I cannot get into my BFCU account very frustrating. Need to pay bills. HELP The worst online banking I've ever tried to use BossierFCU.orgonlinebanking. what is the deal. THIS IS CRAZY

Constant problems trying to mobile deposit paycheck. App will not function to take clear oicture. Hasnt been updated in 18 months.

App was decent up until the last update now its stuck in a loop when trying to log in. This needs to be fixed asap.

BFCU app is great! So glad to have the instant capabilities it gives me, like moving money between accts etc.

Compared to opening this app it is difficult to do. I have other banks accounts that is much easier to open than this one.

Awful. I can't see my transactions now. I can't link the account to my budget app! I hate it!!!

The use of the app is excellent and have had very little problems once logged in.

Like the functions just have problems getting on .Need it to be 100% 24/7 count on it for much of my banking.

Does NOT work at all. App will not even load. Worst banking app ever

Have had enough. Will be switching my auto-deposit to another bank. This online banking system locks me out in a regular basis. Am over it.
