The app works well as an online ordering system, but that's all it does. It still needs some testing and refinement. for example, you cannot "empty" your cart once you've started to order, and that makes it hard to start over or cancel. I'd like to see Boston Market expand its VIP program into the app. I frequently use coupons that are emailed to me, and it would be nice to access them here. The ownership team can also show they appreciate me as a repeat customer, by providing app rewards.

The app itself does need some adjusting and tweaking... not all desert options are available for example. The coupon option DOES work... and works perfectly well contrary to a lot of other reviews- HOWEVER, this is assuming you've read the details. A lot of coupons are only available in-store and will not be recognized. The app is also not exactly the prettiest flashiest thing going- but personally I couldn't care less since I've literally never had a bad meal regardless of any complications.

Tough to navigate. Makes you reenter the same information. Delivery instructions limit you to 128 characters but won't tell you how many you've used or when you go over.. did not ask to play a guessing game to order an effing meal. Took an hour to place a simple order- imagine the frustration when you're already hungry to begin with. The app should help save time and convenience. It would have been much much easier to have just driven to the store and ordered to go.

Payment options are limited to credit cards only. I spent a lot of time trying to pay with gift cards, which nearly any other food place allows, and there is no way to do this. In addition to no gift cards, there is no mobile pay and you can't pay at the restaurant. At least give an option to add gift cards to my account. This app is 10 years behind the times. Look to other places that allow gift cards and earn rewards. This app is a major fail and so is the business for not keeping up with technology.

So far so good. Looks like you can save a few cents using the app but I've noticed that prices seem a little cheaper in the store vs the prices I'm seeing in the app. Using the provided discount code it ends up being around the same price but who knows how long the discount code will be available. I've also noticed that not all choices are available using the app. For instance I like getting root beer as my beverage, but it's unavailable to order in the app

this is a very straightforward and easy app to use. It's basically just for ordering but it allows you too pay for it with a credit card and even add a coupon to your order. It's not super fancy like some other fast food restaurants but it does exactly what it needs to do which is allow you to put your order in quickly and efficiently. It took me less time to place an order here than it would have on any other app I've ever used.

App no longer allows gift card payments. App forces you to choose a "pickup" time, then offers no pickup times, so you can't order online. Then you have to order over the phone & they don't want to take your rewards number/email and it only allows 10 receipts to be entered post purchase to get Rewards credits....really bad customer experience...used to work well...now it is useless.

Please fix your website and app. I have a Boston Market account. However, i cannot log into my account using my android phone or my Chromebook, with either the app or the website. I used to have no problem, this has been happening the past 3 months or so. Once I am on a regular computer I can log in fine through the website and I've been adding my receipts that way to get points, however, i can't use my points and I only have 7 more times I can add points with a receipt. Please fix the app/website. I enter my login info and password and it goes to a page with a timer, then it appears to keep refreshing itself. It doesn't matter what browser I use: Chrome, Edge, Opera, all the same. I turned off the pop-up blocker as well. Very disappointed. Thank you.

One of the easiest food ordering apps that I have used. The development of this app was well thought out. I have used so many restaurant apps and some literally take almost 10 minutes to enter an order. The only thing I would like to see added is the option to select gravy and the type if you choose mashed potatoes as one of your sides.

Had initial sign-in issues, but seemed to resolve after a couple of days. Last two times I've attempted to use app, received notice store was not accepting ASAP orders & unable to place order for future pickup. Store employee told me it does that & to just place order in person. Kinda negates need for app. Website limits number of times can enter receipts for points. Lose-Lose.

This app was easy to load and use. Pick up time was slightly off, but not a deal breaker. Menu was accurate. Employees were helpful and friendly. Loyalty points are slow to update.

Convenient and very easy to use. Sometimes there are some issues using the promo codes. Also have had issues when the store doesn't get the orders right, missing items, wrong items, etc.

The app will not allow me to sign up as it requires you to accept their terms and conditions. The trouble is that when you try and accept them, you cannot select the little square radio button. The link seems to be set up to only take you to the actual terms and conditions and not just selecting the button. Galaxy S8

So called the local restaurant and verified they were open and were doing delivery and was told us and that they use a third party for delivery which they have been doing for awhile was told to use the app to do the order and the apps says that delivery is not an option to my address. I literally live like 2 miles away and have had delivery before. I understand that during this virus issue things have been a problem. But don't tell me to use your app when it clearly does not work currently.

Better than the Micky D app. Editing an order is more difficult than it should be, and I'm accumulating dead gift cards in my payment because although it shows an option to EDIT payment methods I see no way to actually delete cards with 0 balance. Passwords have PITA requirements. Actual getting food ordered has been flawless.

First and foremost I couldn't get it to down. After several days of trying and following the recommended things to try to resolve the issue none of which worked. Today I was able to install it. BUT I tried creating an account and reading their lengthy policy several times it wouldn't allow me check the box that I had read it. Without checking the box it won't continue to complete the process. After the third try I have given up. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus.

I placed an order. Boston Market charged my account FOUR TIMES for the same order. They never showed up, then claimed I never placed an order. The bank still shows the 4 charges. The only way to contect them is the store where they said they don't know how to contact them either and they won't refund my money! I'm reporting this crime to the Better Business Bureau.

It's better than it was, but still lacks basic functionality that other have, sich as: 1. An option to order Family size soup 2. An option to Redeem points from a previous receipt 3. The ability to Checkout with a gift card or multiple gift cards 4. The ability to Pay at the register when you arrive (in case you want to pay with a gift card) 5. The ability to see current promotions or select current promotions with the app. Hopefully development will continue.

Old review from 7/28/19: Please add option to pay by giftcard!! I found it strange that I could add giftcard on desktop site, but couldn't use it! What was the point?? Luckily I could delete them (again on desktop NOT in app.) BTW:You can delete saved credit cards too! Update 9/10/19: I changed my original review of 2 stars to 5 stars! New app is so much easier! New rewards program w/different items for low to high # of points. And....YOU CAN PAY WITH GIFT CARDS!!! YAY! Thanks for listening!!

The application works fine the major issue is the promo codes that they send you the majority of the time the promo codes don't work and if you don't screen shot the promo code is soon as you see it it will instantly go away and you cannot use it at the restaurant or you cannot find whatsoever to use it for the application there's no way to look at up.

I was supposed to get over 30 points and I never received. I called the store they called support I don't have it the reward that is. We've uninstall the app reinstall the app logs out long then. Spent over $30 over 30 points are gone and garbage. I will not go back and spend any money until I actually get what is rightfully mine. When I knew the form for getting my reward they tell me it was awarded to me. While then hopefully bacon actually award it to me. The 1st time I try n it won't work

15th times a charm, I downloaded this app and I had to click agree with the terms and conditions, but 15 times it redirected me to a website, and I couldn't hit the box. 16 time worked, also it says call the Boston Boston Market to let you know that you're arriving, and I got the impression that I was acting like my order should have been immediately ready. They probably should have said wait a little bit, the app not the store, the store did amazing. Great app though

I couldn't sign up. When I check the accept privacy statement box, it takes me to another page where there is no option to agree. You cannot submit sign up without checking the agree box. So I went bank and forth several times and gave up. The app sucks.

I was finally able to get past the term & conditions by clicking on the link a few times, then the app finally accepted the check mark. But I'm unable to sign in; it keeps saying invalid email or password, yet I can go to the website and sign in with a browser just fine...

It felt like they rushed the app... lots of bugs! The maps part was frustrating, Could not look up the restaurant that I wanted even if it wasn't the closest. I'll stick to ordering through the website.

Useless. Crashes constantly. Keeps losing my store selection and trying to force me to a different store that is closer as the crow flies, but a pain to drive to. Has actually stopped me from orderingvout of sheer frustration, causing me to seek food elsewhere. Boston Market, your awful app is costing you business.

I'll never know how good or bad this app is. I couldn't get past the registration. Every time I checked the box to agree to the privacy policy, tha app popped open a browser window showing the privacy policy. I couldn't complete the process, so I promptly Uninstalled 😞

Totally useless. Doesn't let you use any form of payment except for a credit card. Can't even use a Boston market gift card with the app! Add gift card and pay at store options like every other restaurant app in the universe.
