The app is not accurate with the T schedule. when I first open it, it shows one time till the next train. when I physically come to the station, the app shows different time (inconsistent with what it showed before), and most importantly- the board at the station itself shows something totally different. terrible app because it does not do the only thing that it is supposed to - show real life schedule
most of the time it's very accurate, but as of late it's been inaccurate with the 64 bus inbound. it changed from arriving in 11 minutes, to arriving now, then changed again to 5 minutes, then didn't come, so i walked away to find another route to work and 2 minutes later i saw that it went by. disappointing
The first Middleboro/ Lakeville Train needs to leave from, Middleboro/ Lakeville at 4:40 AM. Because it is supposed to arrive at South Station at 5:50 am, and hardly ever gets there on time. I'm late for work every Day I'm supposed to start my work at 6:00 am, and I buy a monthly pass! I'm not getting to work until 6:11-6:15 am. I still need to catch the Redline. The train needs to leave early!!! Are you listening MBTA? Also, two things are causing delays. first, your new door interl
This app save me a few time when my other app didn't work so I didn't miss my bus. It is good to have another backup app. Update from my this review on Sudway's arrive time are not correct and it still having same issue
an actual app that is user friendly and easy to navigate. all features work and data is consistent and real time. Love it
Pretty good app. Has great updates and alerts to follow. Wish it had navigation services and showed live movements of the buses and trains.
Timing on bus arrivals is completely off. Used another app which had the arrival time correct. Uninstalling, with 5 minutes of installation.
can easily favorite the stops you want, heading direction you want, presents data in way that is easy to see/digest as walking to your stop. let's you know if you need to run or can stroll
It always shows buses that never arrive (64 at Magazine St). Might not be problem of the app but needs to be fix
The times for the train are NEVER accurate. Especially on the blue line. Trusting this app is a mistake
Once a bus is passed it's scheduled arrival time, you no longer get an ETA on it. Other apps are better about this.
It's useless. The busses and trains NEVER come when the app says. It's always way off!!!
It is preferable for this app not to load than to post inaccurate timings with errors in excess of 30 minutes.
I can't read it in sunlight. It won't use phone's high contrast background.
Tells you a bus is on the way and it ends up being a different bus-_- y'all need to fix that it's annoying.
the app is too busy. when I just want to get info I have to deal with all the distractions
It's not accurate. It did not display time like the older version
Very helpful. Since I am using it, no more late for me. And I do not have to wait too long at the bus stop.
too much trouble. I like the old one. it as much easier to figure out.
Has a tendency to post wrong departure times of bus routes as well as slow gps updates

Wollaston station is open now, but this app doesnt show it.

It never on time. You check the arrival times but they arrival on different time
The voice countdown makes this the best MBTA app.
I love that the bus is always on time just like the app says it will be.
