BOT Mobile Banking

Basic functions have been good, but I have NOT been able to add a biller or change their address. I called twice about this. The advice I received is to remove the app and download AGAIN, which I did, but it didn't help. This has definitely been time consuming on many occasions. Bank of TN, I've loved you -but this glitch needs to be fixed please!

Update: finally fixed the Android camera issue, but it took MONTHS and several calls to tech support where I was basically told it was just my phone, even though both account holders had the same issue. We'll see how long this lasts before I can't deposit checks again. OLD REVIEW: Used to be great, but app doesn't play nice with Android camera anymore. Complete reinstall required to do one mobile deposit. Both account holders' phones have the same issue.

Worst banking app ever! No matter how many times I change my address, it won't keep it. The app is supposed to have Zelle, mine doesn't. My mother's does, not mine. I've messaged them several times asking about both things, & nobody ever responds. I also don't like that my password expires. It should be my choice if & when to change my password. There are just so many things that my Wells Fargo app did that this one doesn't. I really wish I could've kept that account, but they don't have it here

The app is fine... When it works, but the mobile deposit loses functionality for weeks at a time. We have contacted tech support and they didn't seem to have an answer. Very frustrating.

An easy to use app that helps you keep up with all things related to your bank accounts. Doesn't glitch,freeze up or run your phone's battery down. Would definitely recommend.

Very good bank to take care of and help you manage your money better and very easy to pay all your bills and keep you up to date on your balance in the process and it's close to my house. I would highly recommed this bank to anyone that's looking to open an account they are extremely nice emploees that work here and if there's something you don't understand they are happy to break it down until you do.... I've been able to manage my money alot better since I've had my acount with them 100 % !!!!

It makes paying bills transferring money a whole lot easier when you don't have to actually go to the bank I like it alot

So this is an updated review from a few days ago. BOT reached out to me and now I am able to transfer funds between accounts. Thank you BOT for taking care of this. Really good service for a really good bank!

pretty good app. No problems yet, just wish you could look back in transactions further in past, And it doesn't update very quickly on the app. It will say I have money then go to atm and I don't because it didn't update on the app.

You can do nothing from this app. Cannot transfer funds from one account to another that isn't BOT. Can't send or download transaction history to a loan company when being approved for a mortgage.

I don't like all these upgrades and downloads because I don't understand this computer world I'm doing good when I already have what I have then when you want to upgrade it and messes everything up just saying have a nice day

Doesn't do much good to check your account on weekends or Monday. Nothing is updated! Tired of uninstalling and reinstalling to get updated account info.

I have to keep coming back to the Play Store and opening it under where it says install because I have already installed it and the logo is not showing up on my phone.

I enjoy mobile banking they made banking very easy,I'm a senior and it's so easy for me to keep my bills paid on time,thanks for making it easy.

Thisbapp is very good, havent had any issues and can always get into it to check our accounts !!!

It works for checking balances, etc. but logs me out after a minute or so even if I'm in the middle of doing something.

This app is a good tool it saves me alot of times at the bank & on the phone checking stuff that has cleared the bank & balances.

Can't get into it anymore because when I enter my password it tells me wrong password. I type it in off my note pad and it says wrong password.

No instructions how to set up mobile account and when you do try to set up an account its aggravating as hell ..i still don't have a password And no way to get one..finding a new bank

This app is user friendly and customer service is great if theres something you cant find there customer service can

BoT app is easy to use, and offers a lot of practical & useful functionality.

very covenient i believe and i have been told it helps with alot of your banking needs..but im having trouble getting it started..😔

Good app. Took a phone call to get access to Bill Pay. Good Bank. Friendly staff

Wonderful way to keep up with the bank account balances!

Only one thing, after I use the bank #and check my acct and all has cleared, the appt still shows my deductions pending.

Its ok. Not best app. Wish bank of Tennessee also had zelle would make life much easier
