BOTIM - Unblocked Video Call and Voice Call

Edit 26/10 Botim no longer works on data even though I'm not in the UAE where there are limitations on how the app works - what could be the reason? -------------- 1. App gets stuck a lot when I receive calls: phone keeps ringing & vibrating until I force stop the app and reopen it. 2. Notifications for ads can be annoying. Especially the new one about Botim Out - keep it to once a day!

When i make a video or voice call most of the time status appears as calling instead of ringing. In addition to that lot of distortion is experienced during the call. If you have any remedy please assist me. Otherwise things are fine. It is an excellent service if it goes on smoothly. Regards

This app doesnot make any noise of ring when someone calls. No such issue with any other app and the settings are all correct. The call just goes blank after 50 60 seconds but doesnot drop or cut, till u realise you were talking in air and not to the other person as the call has just gone blank. This happens everytime for first 3 4 attempts. This is one of the most horrible and wierd apps ever. It shd have no star or worse a red star to show how terrible the app is.

This app is by far the worst IM app I have used. It has so many connectivity issues. With good internet quality it randomly goes to 'Reconnecting'. Cannot switch from audio to video. Many times the call does not show up on screen.

Incoming calls are missed frequently. At times video from my side is shown blank and the other person on call is unable to see during video call. Notifications are not shown while app is not used and the same goes with incoming calls. It's the worst app I have used till date.

Good quality voice and video. Stable platform. Obviously other person needs BOTIM. Needs to be made over your mobile data. Can't do it by simply connecting to wifi. Ads are constant and a bit annoying.

Voice quality is extremely bad, unless you restart your phone for every call, keeps freezing and automatically switch off in every call... never rings unless the caller from other side send you a message on another app to tell you I am calling you !!!!!!!

I have complained numurous times for the issue on botim call that we are not able to hear voices on call and botim is not bothered to resolve the issue and rather it seems they are happy with their poorest service. The adverts are really annoying as it pops right on the call page and as the phone touches our ears, straightway the page link opens and goes far and far without our knowledge which is absolutely annoying and ridiculous. Dont know what and how and if the company may resolve this issue

I don't like this application at all but in UAE don't have any other option than using this application. Can't do anything otherwise I should never used this application if there is any choice. Always problem in connecting family, doesn't show call Notification to some people in there mobile. Sometimes works for one phone in home Wi-Fi but doesn't work for other 2 device. Long list will come if I start raising all these issues.

Have been an user since the launch of this app.Experience is pretty good.App works faster in new phones & as it ages the response time is slow and gets hanged often.No display while receiving a call instead hearing only the ringtone. Overall the performance is good except minor glitches.

Botim is so far reliable to use for video calls specially calling to uae but there app crashes to be fixed. Sometimes the video and audio quality is bad even the quality shows excellent on the app. The app drains more battery comparing to other video and chat apps. There are app refreshing issues as well while its running in background. Ads are annoying too.

Video call with clarity very difficult. Voice call is good enough. Looks like the bandwidth requirement is higher compared to many other video calling app. Lot of improvements required.

It is an excellent application that connects sound quality and seamlessly without interruption. But be careful not to look like another app. Thanks

Convenient, good quality calls and easy to use! Would have given it more stars but the video call, for group calls, is absolutely terrible. There's always an echo and it has nothing to do with the internet connection. Makes it hard to talk to others when you can hear what you just said to them being echoed loud and clear. Please fix this issue :)

Signal is very low. Call is always reconnecting. it doesn't show if the person is online or offline. Even if the person is online it shows online. Poor connection all the time.

By mistake I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and while trying to verify the code, it says "verification code sent to BOTIM app on the last device used". I am getting no message of any code and not able to login. Please help me login and use this app at the earliest. And this is the same device I am using. . This problem needs to be rectified .

Very convenient. But connection goes off several times, while the other person is still on line. Need a bit of clarification - Citizens visiting from other countries are a bit hesitant to subscribe to BOTIM, fearing certain legal repercussions. How do I convince them it is a approved application. Remarks by User: The connectivity issue is now resolved.

Again i ordered food which was on 26th Apr as i remember and my order was canceled from u because the delivery guy called and said it is out of his area coverage. Then one of your team called me we are sorry for that the deducted amount will be refunded to your account but what i realised that the amount was refunded to my wallet but i couldn't use it because u deducted it form that negative balance without any acknowledgement. I still insist it is the worst unless u wouldn't sorted this issue.

There will not be any notification when some one is calling untill unless you open the app. Most of the time video gets pause. Many Ad's on the screen that looks very mess.👎👎👎👎

I can't even get this app to pull my contacts. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, restarted my phone, and emailed them for assistance and nothing. I'm dissatisfied and not able to talk to my friend in the UAE.

Fantastic app guys. Very clear and uninterrupted video and audio calls. If it not working well for you, it's not Botim, it's your network. Thanks Botim for helping me keep in touch with my family

this hangs out very frequently and the voices are not clear over the calls. Delay in voice transmission and fumbled voices are heard many times. BOTIM needs to improve a lot in terms of qualitative services.

It is difficult to connect on Botim. Even after connecting, the calls drop often. Voice is not clear either. Botim is not as efficient as zoom

Sometimes I am unable to receive the incomimg calls . This problem continues particularly the incoming calls from Abu Dhabi do not materialize. For Pune to Abu Dhabi there is no problem. Please look into the incoming calls from UAE. A S Datey.Quality is really excellent. However the problem of incoming calls from Abu Dhabi still persists. Please look into the matter..A S Datey.

Not bad for a free app! But video calls quality is poor. Picture gets distorted. Also, contacts don't show entirely when an account is opened

Need to improve lot's. I haven't see any thing while some one call from BOTIM. i have to click the Botim app, and then only i know that someone call from BOTIM. Also lack of voice during calls.
