Bottled allows you to send a message anywhere in the world.
However, this message will be received by one and only one person!
If this person likes what they find in your bottle, they can decide whether to keep it or not.
If they keep it, you will be able to chat with each other.If they release it, your bottle will float back into the sea of users to be received by another random stranger!
With Bottled you can:
- Send your message with a photo or through a letter to some unknown person somewhere in the world
- Chat with people all around the world who you have intrigued with your Bottled message
- Follow the journey of your Bottles in real time
You can send up to 2 Bottles per day, to keep the magic of uncertainty alive... but be careful, a bottle wandering in the ocean will drown after 7 days!

I just need one thing clear. I've been on this app for a long time but something is really been bothering me. How many times do I have to restart the app to send an image? Like every single time I try to send and image from my gallery the app restart. And it goes on and on until after like 10 times it will let me send the actual image. Please fix that. Update: I tried but still the app restarted, I'm currently using a huawei y9 prime 2019.
I'm recently divorced with 3 little ones, so I don't get to socialize, and the difference chat rooms I was coming across were utterly filthy. This app has been a dream. I'm making so many wonderful individuals from all over the world. I'm learning so much and having really fantastic interactions. I definitely, 100% ,recommend this app to everyone 🙂
It's an interesting app that takes a whole new direction on how people can meet any other new people. it's very Dave and secure and I assure you that they do take the safety and privacy seriously. a great app which has a huge room for more improvement
The app is great, it's just the people on it that aren't the best, although that's no fault from the developers. Conversations can be deleted, users can be blocked, and you can ignore targeted bottles easily. Reputation limits who can send images, and after violating the rules your reputation can get knocked to zero There are a LOT of weird people out there. But also a lot of potential friends, and good friendships take time
Privacy problem with the new update, you are filtering chats but with all type of algorithms even then it's impossible to identify such things, if this app show how is reading my message it definately against our rights. End to end encryption is much needed now
The app suddenly crashed and It says that I have to restart the app in order to get back to it. Back when I login my acc, it wouldn't login, because of wrong email. But when I tried to make another account, it says that my email is already taken. 😔😔
The update to the app is great... Only issue that I find that bothers me most, is when looking at a friends adventure... Having to close it, go looking for the friend in chat, and then chatting about their adventure. Also, tapping on the message icon on their profile, seems to want to send them a message via parrot, at my expense in gold. That could be fixed, surely? Otherwise... What a fantastic breath of new life the dev team has put into this app. 👍😁👍
Have to pay Rs 200 just to share photos is too much .. every app has this feature for free. This is the most important one and *Charging* for this is ridiculous. At least have an option to pay with gold coins which we can earn by doing tasks. And other things is my bottle is just going through 2-3 countries only.
Please fix the notification inconsistency. It doesn't always notify you if someone replied or accepted your bottle. It mostly gives notification of received bottles but even that is inconsistent. Thanks.
An interesting and safe App for connecting with new friends across the globe. The App tries it best to keep scammers away, you should also do your best by being cautious about the people you meet.
The app is awesome in all conditions but after recent update some features are added but the memories tab is not working ... When I open that suddenly the app is crashed all the time ... Don't know this problem is with me or with all .... And also the profile pics are not so clear as well as the notification are not on time some times they appear on the notification drawer and sometime the didn't .... Even no alert about msgs and the kept bottles
It's an amazing app to make new friends from all over the world. I found really good friends on this app i just love this application✨. But sometime this app work slow and it's annoying for the people who are using this app for a long time... Just want to tell that this app is great but work slow.....
It's a good app. But I face some problems with it. The first problem is people threatening to report me for no reason. Absolutely no reason. Secondly, there are no notifications sometimes. I love this app and want to use it but sometimes these problems make me want to stop using it
I redownloaded this app after I deleted it a while ago bcus of storage problems, everything's going great but why does it say that I need to give camera authorization but there's no pop up of it when I try to set a profile pic? I've tried to change the permission in app settings, and reopen the app but it still says the same thing over and over again... Please help :/ I've also noticed that it LAGS more than before! Either way I still love it so easy to choose friends with the same interests
New update keeps crashing every time when I press the buttom left button. Can you not force an update if the app was perfectly usable without it? That is very annoying.
Since the new update, the app has become annoying and irritating. It fails to load immediately unlike the previous version. You don't get notifications and and sometimes you fail while getting connected. User interface is beautiful though. Please fix the networking issue asap...
The app can be fun and help u make new friends but it glitches out somewhat. But I makes up for that by how fun it's to make new friends and learn different languages.
Liking the new update so far. Needs work tho. Bug fixes & all. My biggest complaint is now gone. I didn't know at all that bottles were supposed to automatically get deleted after 5 days. I mean, not my fault, it wasn't written anywhere inside the old version. 🤷♂️ I always thought it was a bug. Thanks for making it clear this time. 👍
honestly i liked the latest update, it has a refreshed user interface. but i encountered a bug. when i type more than 20-30 words in a message in a chat, the app becomes laggy and it's impossible to write anything because it's slow. that's the only complaint I've got, otherwise it's a great app =)
What a beautiful concept. Great work on that. But here are the things which needs to be worked on. 1. Sometimes the app get stucked. 2. The pictures which is sent are blurry. 3. The messages are shown to be seen but it's not seen in actual. 4. It should have like delivered and seen both status of messages. Thanks and peace ✌️
Full of transphobia and homophobia. I'm non binary and I'm constantly recieving abusive messages from strangers. My mental health has taken a hit and I'm not going to be coming back to this app. Edit - I notice similar reviews and not a single response from the bottled team. I've emailed them before too about this, to no response. I find this pretty disgusting.
Great app! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because when I open chests or bottles it makes a noise when my volume is all the way down. The only way to get the noise to stop is to turn my ringer off and I like to keep it on.
Great app to connect people across the world. I'm using this since 2018 and I got lot of friends. Another plus point is, there is no single ad in that app. That's nice. Thank you very much for the developers and entire Bottled team. The problem I found in the app, it never ever give any notifications even I enabled everything in app side and phone system side. There is no auditoy and haptic alerts at all. Visual notification delayed. Maybe you can improve the image quality as well.
