too slow and not functional 100%
It would be optimal if the app supported saving multiple usernames to log in from without the need for an OTP. This would be very useful for parents who want to manage their kids accounts and for those who are abroad (for example studying or working) and have no access to an OTP.
It stopped working. I received a message from the bank saying the app is not supported on Android 6. Android Marshmallow is still supported and is the single most popular version of android, 1in5 devices accessing Google play run this version. So it wasn't very well thought not to support android 6. I guess now either they fix this issue or buy me a new phone! Nothing fancy just match the one I have now 😊 Ah! Yet another update and still doesn't work. Where's my new phone Boubyan Bank 🙁
after installing that last App updated, it's never can be opened and functioning. Always stopped working whenever I tried to open the App. Even I tried to install it after uninstall several attempts but no improvement. That happens since a week
lots of times the app is very SLOW & IT TIMESOUT
i can't transfer money. deleted the app and reinstalled it yet it still shows this msg "we apologize, but a temporary error may have occurred. if you were requesting a money transaction, please don't re-submit the request before you check your account balance" it is so frustrating!
need more options account detail and the way it look and its necessary and must to adjust the font coz if the display on the phone is big you cannot read numbers and name all mixed i have to adjust the display to small to read need more speed login and switch option inside the app.
Can you update boubyan bank because my phone always the device is rooted but my it's not rooted I use boubyan app and always said rooted before yesterday its nothing happen and it said its inconvenience Internet connection lost Internet connection on your device appears to be disabled or disconnected please check and try again because i use this many times and it doesn't work
The app was down since 15th of July and the company didn't fix the error yet!! My sister can access her account from iPhone I think there is a bug in your android version please check it out and fix it .. thank you
l am not satisfied with this application because it did not work properly from the monent l install it and then it stopped working at all eventually so I simply unstall it and by the way when l talked to the customer service by phone and personally (in the airport branch ) both of them could not help me
I changed my password and now I can't use the App, I need to call to their support which is no help! It's ridiculously crazy when an App is too strict without even thinking the user experience! Your App deserved this review!
Since the new update came . Civil ID update is not working every time I update it's say you're not authorised , whenever I try check my transaction statement it's say to fill criteria but when I did its say you're not authorised . Please Kindly fix the issue
It's the best bank app I've used so far the interface is easy to use and I can buy gaming cards for all of my consoles
It's not working at all. I'm using Samsung Note. The Original app icon is not showing instead it's showing Android Iogo🐸.
Best banking app in Kuwait
I like the app but there's a problem when I'm not using the app for some minutes it will automatically open the app and log me out, i get that it log me out for security reasons but why automatically opens the app

been using this app on my Samsung s8 and it crashes 90% of the time basically unusable you need to fix it or at least optimize it
this app is user friendly and no issues yet hope they add more on the list bar. overall outstanding banking app.
the past update was much better and more strait forward, bold text and colors easy to distinguish.
I've got a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus, and when i installed Boubyan app and open it, a message appears that says your device is rooted! It's not rooted!!!

Another disaster from Boubyan with this latest update. I can't transfer money internationally. Customer service idiot telling me that I can use Western Union?! How can you use that for large amount and to transfer to another company? Another complete and utter mess by Boubyan and their disastrous IT and app department
no Android watch after the new update. 17 -May update: still no update for Android watch after they promised us months ago.👎
You will hate your life using this application. It works well in iOS, but barely works in android. It is disgusting how I had to return my items at the mall because the android application was down! I can't access most of the services. Most of the times I get the "try again later" error. I don't know why they are obsessed with this error message. It doesn't say much. Whenever I talk to them, they ask me to send them an email to report the bug! The bugs are endless what do you want me to report?
