The app is full of bugs and works very slowly when we stop the ride. While stopping if my time is suppose 10 minutes, after ending, the time in bill will be +3 or +5 minutes. The billing should stop as soon as we click on emd ride until you fix your app. Why taking bike parking photo time also included in bill? And worst is, the back button to exit the app doesn't works and we have to press home button to come out of the app and close it.
Been using almost from 3-4 years, the service doesn't match with they charge, the bikes will be like brake doesn't work, stops inbetween when they have full batteries also, if its damaged or not working which is mentioned while ending the ride also bike will be reflecting in the available list again which makes commuter to reach and will get to know the condition. They are increasing the timing charges whereas the speed limit is fixed which simultaneously increase the travel duration and price.
I have a problem on my app. I had taken a ride just for 4 kilometres. Here in Belgaum, earlier we had a different system for bikes. The shopkeeper had to switch off my ride. But he didn't. We can see in the app as well, the distance is 4 kilometres, but the ride was ended at night around 8:30pm. Thus my bill has increased to 520 rupees. I want to continue to ride bounce but I am not able to because it says clear dues. Please can you help. My booking id : 47168683.
First experience was bad as that bike had a flat tire.(ok understandable) and the app said to unlock pay after ride option you'll have to deposit a 100 rs(which can be withdrawn at any time ) to avail the feature. And now I have requested for the 100 and it's been almost a month . So the thing is they won't return your money . So best option is deposit and use it don't think they will give you back your deposit (it's my fault)huh!.
Tried almost for alteast 3-4 weeks was not able to book a single ride or rental, first the app was not accepting my license, such under engineeried app that doesn't even recognise DL no or process image from license, and after a hassle of 3 weeks, when tried to book a ride...money got deposited but the vehicle didn't start, this happened to me twice in the same day. Conclusion they are not at all reliable, will end up spending more money, energy and time and the return is zero.
Worst experience. I booked the scooter for 6 hours package and paid the amount. But vehicle did not even start after payment but timer started in app. Called customer care immediately via app but no one picked the call. Ended trip but no refund even after feedback or any number to call or reach customer support.
Excellent option for two people to travel upto 5 km. The older yellow bikes have a max speed of 35km/hr and the newer White ones have just 25km/hr. There are some issues as they are not maintained well and sometimes not switching on to start with. But most of the times they can get you out of there. It is a Vehicle of necessity and not of Comfort or Luxury!
You can not end trips from App. You have get anxious and call them to end it all the while paying for time. Customer support is useless ans phone lines work only if you have a active rental. It is scam company avoid if you are genuine. After response to review Since your app doesn't include a contact phone for sorting out billing complaints and app requests/mails are not responded to for refund issues, this is scam by design. You are well aware of whats going on.
Cannot sign up, as OTP not received. Edit: Managed to sign up, upload DL, etc. But though I'm standing right next to Bounce scooters, the scooter is not visible on app. This happened with 3 scooters. Finally, took Uber or Ola. Edit 2: Tried after 1 year. Walked 1.5 km to a Bounce scooter. On scanning, it says "not available." Waste of time & effort. Edit 3: Tried after 2 years. After typing destination, app shows wrong route. Could not start scooter, but app shows like i rode short distance
Installed and logged in with same number after 2 to 3 years. It created a new account and when I upload driving licence it rejects it saying records already exists please contact customer service. Well didn't find any posible way to contact customer service in the app. The help section is just faq and no way to contact.
It was good but had so many bugs in app. And sometimes bikes doesn't start quickly. Please rectify the bugs and correct them ASAP. It shows more km than actual. And one of my friend faced problem like he doesn't even moved the bike but showed that the bike was used for 1km😂
Had deposited Rs 100, after withdrawing it shows that the money has been withdrawn but does not get credited in the account. I trusted bounce and had again deposited the amount, but after withdraw the issue continous. After sending them a mail 2 days back the only reply was our team will look after the matter. I think I have lost my money. If you think to use this app, think 1000 times before using it.
Don't use this app and their service. Just dont!! The app doesn't allow the users to withdraw their unused bounce cash, meaning whatever money you put in, you have to utilize it irrespective of external circumstances. This is a pathetic user service. You are literally risking you money by using this service. I moved to another country and have unused bounce cash but the team says that I will have to use bounce to use my cash as I cannot withdraw the money. Seriously, it's not user friendly app.
I have been charged for wrong parking when the bike stopped in mid of the road and they say they cannot help me. The app does not take the image in the frame for KYC and makes my verification invalid as image not clearly visible. Issues with bikes and app even after being in market for more than 4 years
Its of no use, i did payment two times to rent a electric scooter for 4 hours, the money of 189+189 rupees got deducted from bank and payment was successful but it didnt reflect in app or the bike didnt get booked both the times. I tried reaching out to customer care, but there was no customer care number or messaging session to contact them. There was no proper option also to report my problem. And i didnt get the refund amount also yet. No use of app if proper customer care isnt available.
Have been using this application for 3 years, the service has never been as atrocious as it is now. After the new update, the application keeps crashing, the map based search doesn't even show the correct path, you cannot contact customer support, ride ending has never been so difficult. And even then, the bikes found have so many issues. Also, at least extend the serviceable area, no availability after Yelahanka, even when airport area is there.
Very helpful and it's really very convenient once you know how to use it, just one request please expand the coverage in the North (bangalore) because once I reached home it was showing it'll be ₹2000 fine if I park it out side the zone I had to park it in the zone and return back 3 kms walking. Thank you
Worst experience...not even maintaining the vehicle. Three major concern,I was faced in my first ride. 1. Vehicle stopped in the middle of the road unfortunately. 2. I didn't receive my refund for cancelled trips. 3. Max Speed of the vehicle is not more than 15km/hr.
Multiple times reported issue for wrongly charged for bad parking even though trip was started. No response from customer service. (3090769) not used for two years yet spoiling credit rating. Time to Uninstall.
I would really give an honest advice. Your business is as good as your product. So please maintain them well. I have had very poor experiences with few rides when they do not accelerate in the middle of the road. And at times I walked for several kilometres to get a ride but ride doesn't start.
Very very very disappointed about your service...everytime facing problems ... don't want to use this app agin... suggest others also not to use bounce, today i have mailed so many times didn't get any response from customer care and it was showing that trip is on but bounce scooty was off don't know if anything happens to that scooty what will I do. So frustrated need a customer care number or contact through email atleast. Please bounce application developer leave the job and do mechanic work
I booked a bike. Walked 1 kilometre to pick it. It was in puncher state. I closed the ride and mentioned the dammage. But still the bike was showing as available for booking. Means some other poor guy is going to walk all the way upto here to realise he have come for a useless vehicle. I don't know how many people Booked the same bike today and had trouble. The company must remove the bike from showing available once a user reports a damage
So poorly maintained bikes that you dare to ride them in bangaoore traffic. I booked a ride today and bike was with acceleration issue. All of sudden stops on the traffic and suddenly takes accelaration and you can imagine when this happens in the middle of traffic. So pathetic app that there is jo proper customer service options. You can give an option to report directly under help But no. After all this i have to pay for the ride which stped in the middle to book another. Calls doesnt connect
A lot of yout user experience depends upon the age and battery level of the vehicle. A new vehicle will be so fast and smooth. App's UI including UPI payments is seamless.
I had withdrew my deposit amount from bounce but still haven't received to my paytm account. The reason was your exorbitant charges on every ride which is more than a normal autorickshaw ride. Also You bounce team in making cost cutting you have made worst app experience without providing us the customer care services for our grievance redressal. I couldn't find the customer care number, your mail id, or the support link. Thank you for your cheap app cheap experience!!!!
I used bounce for the first time today and as much as I love this concept of using shared EVs, given all the positive impacts it has, the idea alone isn't enough to provide a good service. I used 5 EVs today and only one of them was properly functional. Failed breaks, drained batteries, shaking so bad you can't possibly ride the EV, and the list goes on. I really wish i could rely on Bounce but I guess it's just one of those cases where if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
