TNT:Keeps opening up when I dont open it. Not sure why but it definetly need to be fix. Please fix.
Just wasted a few hours joining as a driver. Nothing works as it should not wasting any more of my time. I will just stay with Uber and Lyft.
Not worth drivers time, energy and gas for their pay.. Better off on Lyft and Uber...

New local San Diego start up company. Serves from Camp Pendleton south to the US/Mexican border! Pretty good service and owner Drivers!! Newest version of app works very well. Drivers can earn stock options in the company if they can earn 100 activity points for the month! Great stats available on app.
Still too many bugs, especially with those of us who use Android phones. When we get a call for a ride, the audible alert--a 2-tone ringer--only "works when it wants to." In other words, sporadically. This has been an ongoing problem since Bounce's inception, and the techs don't seem to be able to zero in on the problem and solve it. Also, the font at the top of the screen is WAY too small--at least this is something we don't have to worry about with Uber & Lyft. Finally, the big advantage over our 2 competitors that we're supposed to have in our system is 1. our passenger's options of both being able to pre-select a pick-up time (which Lyft is already doing), AND. 2. being able to pick your favourite driver, if he/she is available at the time. These choices were initially programmed into the app when Bounce officially began operations in December 2017; but, they proved to be defective and had to be yanked from the app. We lost passengers because of this, and the techs have been telling us at business meetings that "they're working on it, and it should be ready to go soon." Almost 7 months after the fact? If this problem had not existed to begin with, there's a good chance that by now we COULD have put Uber & Lyft up for some serious competition.These are app issues that need to be resolved now, and not several months down the line...because the first year of a new business is critical to its survival and flourishing, and time is of the essence.
They want you to drive on premium and lux car on regular fare , I will not recommend it, if you have an expensive car. They will not let you drive in "premium " on brand new car which cost 50k+$
Seems like to much right when your signing up to give your bank information and social security number. I didn't even do that with uber or lyft and im not trying to drive im trying to ride

I don't timeshare,but I like the concept. I hope he finds out how to apply this to food delivery. If it's in ATL, look out uber and Lyft!
The idea of merging ride share with residual income is just a win win for all
The app is still in beta so It wuold be pretty dumb of me to critique it. I can tell its gonna be great. Scheduling rides and picking your driver is pretty cool. Its cheaper than the other platforms as well and great that the drivers make more $$$. Imagine a company, where the CEO wssnt totally greedy, and wanted the workers who do a lot of the work, and invest a lot the capita; to also be rewarded with the success of the business. Thats Bounce. Too bad more companies don't have this philosophy..
Great app. Great business model and great way to make much needed improvements to the rideshare world.

Right away this app ask for personal info like social address and bank account info and that's just for a rider this is a scam

think its dumb you have to upload a screenshot of your rating from other driving apps especially when this is your first time signing up to drive for any company.
