i dont remember the email id which was used during registration earlier. now i am not able to login to this app in my new mobile.

I was using this app for a few days and earned some points. I was asked to verify my mobile number so I did it. Since then I haven't been able to use those points. My app kept saying request timed out so I uninstalled and installed it again but I wasn't able to retrieve those points and worse it didn't allow me to login saying there is someone else using my account.

This app was good at the start. Later started to have so much of issues. Wouldn't checkin automatically, would automatically logout and would ask to login. All of sudden account was locked and it caused lot of issues, and now when I opened the app.. it was just showing as timeout in every page I open. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but not able to login as it says something went wrong!!. Need an explanation for this.

Without info how can u shut down... I have lost points which I have earned for last 6months... U have to give at least b4 closing the app to registered users, very bad experience. It had closed in April I got to know after 6months of period this is ur service, this is Indian standard

These Bounty people are doing fraud.. If we redeemed bit higher rated vouchers they are not at all giving those vouchers.. Here my story goes I have redeemed a Flipkart voucher for 500 points but I didn't get any voucher then on the redeemed day itself I contacted customer supporting​executive (Bharat) I asked him that when I will get my Flipkart voucher then he said with in three working days it will be given to you then I waited for 3 days but I didn't get any voucher then again I contacted customer care executive (Bharat) He said wait for three more days that we don't have stock currently then again I waited for 4 more days then also I didn't get any voucher then again I contacted customer care executive (Bharat) He said we have a problem with our vendor so we are unable to give you the voucher then I asked him that I have waited eagerly for 7 days after all the waiting that you are not going to give that voucher then I asked him you must provide my Flipkart voucher. Then he said sorry for the inconvenience caused to you I'm forwarding this issue to our senior executive (Imran) This Imran is a very very very Rude person. I asked him you should give me that voucher but he said no we don't provide that to you. Then I asked him that "If you are not willing to give that voucher then why you have kept that offer in redeem section". Then he replied like this "To check who are going to redeem it". Then I got fainted for his reply that's a very very very rude reply.That's why I'm telling you this bounty people are doing "Fraud" and they are not even responding properly If we ask for any assistance they will take hours to give reply worst management. I have screenshots of all the chat conversation and proof of that Flipkart voucher redemption. So please don't install this F**king Bounty app and don't waste your time I'm the best example for this bounty fraud.. That is my final suggestions to you guys.

A wonderful app i have ever seen. The chat support is very quick and responsive. Really thankful to the Creator of this app. Helped me a lot. The only drawback is the offers. The offers were better few months ago. But I have faith in bounty that they can get much better offers than at present.

Worst App. Please don't download. No useful offers at all. It has shown to buy flipkart vouches on Wednesday's by 3PM and if we come on time,it is showing something went wrong and after 5 minutes, it is showing out of stock. Worst App I have ever seen.

Actually recently I changed my mobile. But I am unable to login again. It was showing a message like something went wrong

You have suddenly stopped your service could you please tell us when and how to use the earned points. Will you be resuming you services or our points are wasted.

Most unreliable, I got all the points collected now app has been shut down. Stop this shady business once and for all :/

Earlier I used to love this app and I referred many of my friends, But now it became very worst than anything. I ordered headset from bounty with 999 points, and I didn't receive the product because the postman unable to reach me. For this they deducted 50 points it's fine & they asked me for reorder I said yes and given same address, after that there is no reply from them and whenever I chat they will say ' All ninjas are busy contact tomorrow' I tried for 18 days but no reply & no status on my order or points. So I'm requesting bounty crew to learn first give a proper reply. Don't say Everytime ur busy. If u r busy after completion of ur work contact that person , I think u never tried this and if possible please provide the status of my headset and about bounty points. I have redeemed a ejohri voucher on 31st december. The voucher which they have shared has expiry of same day but the voucher not at all redeeming in e johri website ..After escalation they told me to provide reg mail id ..Even after doing that no reply from there end ..Such a pathetic app ever seen

Now it's just a joke to download this app. Totally Waste. All my 1000 points are gone. Can't load, can't see and can't use. New update is horrible. Not able to load data. Can't see any data as once load its showing time out. Pls fix this.

After the recent update, the app is not getting connected to internet itself. Always showing time out.

From past one month login with Facebook & Google & with email is falling. Seems they disabled the account as I have many points Also tried by reinstalling the app every week but got the same error message "something went wrong try after sometime"

Chat is not possible. How Many times u chat also there is no response. No replies to email. I don't know what kind of communication have to do

It was working fine, now false notifications and always time​out error. Itseems company ran out of money, so stopped the app updates as well

Awesome great app you can redeem your points for freecharge and Flipkart vouchers. Get points for checkins, uploading bills and best part you get points for smaller bills even for one coffee of yours can be worth some points. But need to work on availability of vouchers.

To redeem my points there are no interested options. Hope u will add much options
