I had an issue with putting items into my basket, i kept getting a msg saying "we're sorry, something went wrong". I contacted the company on chat; however, they could not figure it out. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. This happened before with me. I do like Boutiqaat a lot, but do not like the unsolved issues and the people who answer and do not know what is going on.
Really simple and easy to navigate I found it easy to buy from and contacting the customer service wasn't a trouble they were always ready to answer your queries and they were also fast and didn't take much time to reply so all in all I enjoyed it and I really recommend trying!
Good application and fast delivery
The app has a nice collection of items and some are exclusive for the app as well. I do face some occasional crashing at random times. The notification is quite frustrating as when I do click it the app appears and just hangs with a loading screen and never shows the items. I'd give the app a higher rating but the constant crashing and hanging really ruins the user experience. Hope this issue gets resolved soon.
Love it! Order quickly, but a bit pricey. And sometimes when you open it when receiving an add about some products, it doesn't take you to the product. Also, details of some perfumes are very vague, must add details on notes used within perfume so one knows what smell it is. But overall good shopping experience. Also shipping should be free with orders above a certain amount!!!!
Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere!!! My experience just went from bad to worse. An item I bought was delivered broken. On contacting customer service they offered to replace or pay only half the price!!! So I did the most logical thing and asked for the item to be replaced.They said 3 days. 5 days have gone by, and they haven't replaced it. It took me 3 hours of messaging to finally get a refund!!!! Terrible service!!

Just tried it a day and it's terrible. They don't have an option for cancelling products. Their shipping cost is expensive and it's cash by delivery it's extraaaaa. The chat service is absolute nonsense
The worst app to buy from, very bad customer service over the chat, price always not accurate when deduction happened from credit card (always higher than the final amount) and not easy to login if you were existing customers (account disabled and you can't reset the password)
This app use to be great now no cash on delivery so I'm not sure to continue whit the program
This ships from kuwait. I should have bought this all in Qatar. I didn't save anything.shipping fee and also COD expensive! Big surprise is they charge 40 qar extra! For for 'customs' order is 490. All together with shipping& customs= 610 qar. Think before you buy

Update: Same level for my 3rd year on row, very bad experience with phone calls, chat & order delivery they didn't change a thing which mean no care for customers rating, i deleted the app just download it on request of one of my friends to give them another chance,,, but hell yeaaa same same 🤦🏻♀️ and by the way the chat takes forever to respond to you 😑 Worst customer service ever ... Seriously if you have any issue never contact the live chat cause it's miserable...
Worst experience. They cancelled my order without any reason. Maybe ran out of stock. Their customer service is worst and WhatsApp link doesn't work. No body speaks English. Don't buy from them. If u have their app delete it.
Very bad experience with the customer service i ordered something which i received and obviously it doesnt look like the picture but the agent insisted i was wrong!!! Dont recommed you buy anything from this app!
Horrible live chat service, took a whole day and still couldn't get an answer to the basic question of when the packaged is expected to be delivered. Only repeatedly asking for my number and asking me to wait 2 to 3 minutes.
I wasn't able to change the country and the live chat operator didn't help. I sent them screenshot that I don't have the option to change the country and they ended the chat from their side 👎
Please add the isolated areas to the app.. logistics companies like aramex and posta plus do deliver to these areas. So why you don't accept orders from them !!
İ used to use boutiqaat it worked perfectly, but recently whenever i try it they keep giving me an Oops message not available at the moment .. 😢😢😢😢 PS: a wordwild delivery system would be super nice

The products are toooooooo expensive also i have to pay for delivery and exporting aaaaaand i have to pay extra if i will pay cash. Why!!!!!!!
Worst app in the world - do not fall for this scam! It's sooooo slow and heavy, it literally feels like I'm using an app that was developed 10 years ago!
The app isnt working once I open the app it says "Oops the page you requested isn't working" and when I click go home it keeps loading until forever

There is a very annoying issue with the app. Whenever you put an item in the wishlist or whenever you click on the wishlist to see the items there, the app loads indefinitely, and you must exit the app and start all over again browsing/shopping. I wish this gets fixed. The app does the rest of things well, though. (Update: now I can't even put anything in the cart. I get the same indefinite loading screen. The app is unusable, sadly)
