Shipment took a bit of time but i will restore the 5 stars for the quality of the items is awsome for the price. Sometimes we just need patience in life afterall God never created earth in one day so we sometimes need patience.

we have loved every single thing that I have ordered from here so far. it always fit right and look nice and they were never made cheaply. this app is very easy to use as well.

Great online store, beautiful clothing and mostly true to size. Fabrics good quality and clothing lasts a long time, they wash really good. The App is easy to use and navigate through definitely recommend.

buyer beware you buy here you will regret it. The clothes don't look like the pictures at all. They charge alot for shipping 20+ dollars some items they don't ship together. And if you don't call them out on your missing items they won't say anything. If you cancel an order they won't refund your shipping. I received a lot of items defective. They won't return, refund or even pay for the shipping back. It's basically yours. Defective and all. Defects included missing buttons, defective buttons.

I have just bought the prettiest items, just for me.. can't wait to see them... hope they shipp them quick...

I ordered in April is May and they haven't shipped anything yet!! Never buying for this app again!!

No problem with the app but the company is shady. Ordered something 6 wks ago. Still no sign of the item and are telling me to go look for it at the post office or UPS. Neither of which day they have it. Will not order again!

The app itsself is great. All around details and browsing very detailed and simplififed. What their not gonna tell u is where ur products are coming from until you ve paid for them. Placed order dec 6 2021 - was told less than 7 days ( by the app of course.) 150$ worth of product arrived jan 18, 2022 from china ,, completely ruined my christmas gifting and my last w/ this co..

Do not buy anything from this store...I bought 5 items and nothing looks like what was on the models...the material is cheap and a complete different design and cut, terrible!! I've tried to return the items but I have been told it's not possible as I've pasted the 14 days return policy..that was because it took so long to get a customer adviser to sort out the problem. I have uninstalled the app and will never buy from them ever again.

This is by one of the worst apps ever!! I've placed an order too which nothing fits or looks like the pictures. I have requested to return the items and nothing but complications. I've been blocked out off Bouiquefeel Facebook page, and now the app keeps saying no Internet connection. All i want to do is send the items back and get my money back into my account. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

I absolutely love Boutiquefeel! It is so easy shopping for my wife at a lower price.

It took WEEKS to finally receive my order. I just got it today. The item had no support and did nothing to enhance my figure, unlike the photo. When i went to the site to leave a review, there was no option to. Yet there were two five star reviews. I thought it was weird, so i downloaded the app. I still couldn't leave a review. I couldn't even find human support, and then found that i couldn't return the item because it's been well over 20 days. Waste of money. Waste of time. Don't bother.

I AM NOT A CUSTOMER! Nor will I ever be one after reading thier reviews. Too many people saying the same thing regarding shipping/receiving time, order receipt/confirmation, and customer service/communications. I believe them. I purchased from Asia years ago. One order, the dresses came a month or so later and were smaller than the size stated. Why would I waste my time...AND MONEY. It will cost me the same to take the style to the tailor. I love the selection here. Sometimes the items aren't of the range material as shown in the pic, which can be a real bummer, but I don't let the few ruin it for the rest. I shop here alot!

I bought many types of clothes at boutiquefeel and the quality, the management for returns and was horrendous! Is a nightmare, after around 6 weeks later of the returned and my insistence they "fixed " the problem. But I have to pay more after all my returns. I don't recommend this store.

I paid for expedited service did not receive it My items came and were ridiculously too small. I'm a small person and ordered a medium and it did not fit me at all. I paid for expedition shipping for 3 days and I got it in 2 weeks Very poor quality not what I was expecting and now it would cost more to even send it back cause they will not return my Expeditious shipping back to me. Literally had thow the bra away. It would fit a 10 year old.... do not order from this company.

DO NOT USE Worse online shopping site or Ive ever encountered... I get it COVID, the fact these clothes have taken almost months to arrive isn't the problem tbh (even if I did pay for the expensive shipping!!) Its the fact they come in different packages which technically say they haven't even been processed/approved yet even though they took all my money! By the time one says it processed it takes 2 weeks for it to arrive then it looks completely KNOCKOFF from what it is showing. Ridiculous!!

Loved the set up and how the app worked when I ordered a dress for prom it looked nothing like what I ordered and was completely disappointed when I finally did show up. It took 3 months for that dress to come when I was told it would be here in 2 weeks. I had to buy another dress and shoes for my prom 3 days before the event. I will not be buying from here as I dint wanna take that chance again

So i placed an order. I canceled the order a few hours after i placed it. It said 7-15 days for my refund. Clearly stated order canceled. After that amount of time I had not seen refund yet. I went to check on the status. There was a whole new order created..same as my canceled one. but it said shipped. I contacted them sev times as to why I hadn't gotten my refund and how a new order was created without my knowledge and shipped. Every resp was the same. It was shipped. Thank you. prob unsolved.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They do not explain their shipping policies in anyway. Order some items in early April and the items are still "processing". Messaged their customer service and they stated that it'll be another month before I will be receiving my items.

So far it is a cheap app with nice cute clothes And lingerie am looking forward to ordering a bunch of cute stuff from here

Good quality clothing. But prices are high. I ORDER 6 items and came to just over £100. Looked on eBay shop and I could of got the exact items for less than £50 with free delivery.
