App is terrible. Keeps force closing. Haven't been able to use it in a month. Accidentally overdrew my account not being able to check it. Would put 0 stars but 1 is the minimum

Bowater credit union is exceptional. I've never had a bank where the employees are so friendly. The other banks are sort of snooty. This bank makes you feel so welcome. It's hard to describe the way this makes one feel. #tranquil
It keeps force shutting done. I have to uninstall it and it work for a few days

I love this app and my Bowater credit union they are everything I look for in a bank.

Cannot set up my account. Keeps taking me in circles. I enter my acct number and SSN then check agree to terms and conditions. A box pops up saying I have to open terms and conditions. I have done this several times and when I go back all fields are blank and I go through the ssme process. Can't give it a rating, if I can't use it.
This app seriously needs an entire overhaul. It works. A little. Kind of. But is just awful. Way out of date.
Accounts remain current, I'm beyond satisfied
Nothing works! It shows when my check goes in. It will not let me make loan payment or anything. Basically useless!
It want let me log in to see my account and they reset my password yesterday at the bank it would be a better rating if that would be fixed
Great app but wish I could see pending items like the full site shows.
This app might as well be a bookmark icon. It just redirects you to the internet page. It would be nice to be able to link the Mint app to my bank accounts too. BECU is still 10 years behind the times.

It is annoying that the login for the actual mobile banking is listed on a menu. It should be the first thing the user sees. The transaction history is ok but really needs a running balance. It's also difficult to tell which transactions have cleared and which are still pending.
