Seems to be working with my profile on my phone just fine, but my wife on a separate user profile on her own phone has not had any luck syncing her data. Not sure the issue, but a simple data sync with a unique user profile on the treadmill and a completely different cell phone doing the syncing shouldn't be this difficult.
It's ok. I need the sync to Google Fit to be better. Love the Treadmill so far. A big selling point was this app and the sync though and it seems to be neglected. I noticed a review with the same complaints I have in which they answered they were working on it. That was 2 months ago.
I wish the app would tell total distance for a year and month as well for the rest of the documented results. I don't want to go back and add up daily distances and calories.
As far as it goes, and if you're an Under Armour or Google Fit user (Map My Whatever), this appears to be an OK app. No direct Strava connectivity calls into question the seriousness and commitment of the company and its developers. Oh, and why can't I create a workout with the app?! In the end, if you're a Garmin or Strava runner, this is little more than wasted device storage.
Using BXT6. Would love it if it could sync with Fitbit. Otherwise it seems to work adequately. Also would like to have the option to update the treadmill's firmware from the app.
Enjoying this app. Seems like I reset the machine so my data doesn't show anymore. Would be nice if this was backed up somewhere. Regardless, app works well and helps me gauge my routines.
Really wanted to like it. I dont. App is bad. If someone uses the treadmill under your user there is no way to delete the workout. App just stopped syncing
Can't connect Bluetooth. I only have the option to skip selecting a user. (Google Pixel 2)
cant get it to sync with my phone or install. very annoying cant seem to get it to work. it wont hold the charge
Won't pair with my bxe116. App doesn't pick it up.. Going through my Bluetooth settings I'm asked for a pin (0000, 1234 don't work).
Why can't I play music through Bluetooth? It has good looking speakers. It's so frustrating to connect
Does not sync audio to speaker!!!! Why???!! Isnt that the basic use of Bluetooth?

Cant fix date/time or delete a past users workout from my app.
Waiting to get my own threadmill and elliptical but this app it works at all gym and many brands.
Are there more than 10 levels? If not it kind of loses its appeal.

It is limited to 1 year. Also I can not change the date.

great workout machine
Not able to pair my phone to it
The app no longer syncs workouts. The last 2 days it says sync successful and says no new workouts found.
This app doesn't do anything useful for me. I was hoping as a minimum it would allow an alternate user interface for the extremely limited machine interface (directly setting speed and inclines, seeing better distance data, editing workouts, etc.). The treadmill is ok (bxt6) ... seems solid, but the user controls seem to have been designed by someone that has never used a treadmill.
