Has not worked for a long time after doing a phone update. I also have tried with an apple phone and Samsung both don't work. You would think that they would of fixed it by now. I tried deleting the app and reinstalled it also turned off the bowflex and unplugged it but still nothing.
They need to update this app desperately!!! It no longer connects to my machine so none of my recent works are saved. I would think that a company that takes such pride in their exercise equipment would take more pride in making sure the apps that accompany those machines actually worked. I'm seeing a disturbingly sad pattern in most of the bowflex apps. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! :(
This app has workouts for be from 2015 but I only purchased in 2019. Although I sync my data nothing gets updated to this app. And unlinke other machines and apps you cant sync this machine to a program that will allow you a virtual scene. My bfs $600 treadmill has all these features that actually work well. I'm disappointed.
This app doesn't sync like it is supposed to with the treadclimber. You are almost better off just manually writing down your workout. Even when it does sync, the app is poorly laid out and the information you actually want is buried. Garbage app.
This needs to be fixed. It worked great until the 02/09/20 Android update, but now it will not connect at all. I had used the app without issue for almost a year prior to that update. I opened a support ticket but that hasn't really proved helpful.
This app does not sync with my TreadClimber and that is the whole point of the app. It also doesn't really work on my phone because it needs an update to work with the latest version of Android.
Unable to connect with a Samsung Galaxy S10 or S8 😞 Called Customer Support they suggested trying their new Nautilus app.... that doesn't connect either! Even had an engineer come to the house... his old phone connects, but no luck with mine.
App is horrible never connects.. the app won't even recognize the device at all plus keep getting error message saying can not connect to server... pls fix or im gonna have to return the treadclimber... ill be keeping an eye out for an update fix soon
The TreadClimber won't pair with my phone. The first thing that came up was that the app was created for an "older OS version ".... Why did i just pay $2000 for a piece of equipment that advertises great technological features and the last update was 5 years ago... !!!! This is ridiculous
TC 200 doesn't connect with app. I could see the device in my Bluetooth settings. But, could not pair with app no matter what. No information about this anywhere.
Purchased my climber in 2017 couldn't ever get the app to work just gave up. The climber is great but the app is trash customer service is the same. Just tried again no better than in 2017 they have your cash and they don't care about you after all.
Does not connect! I've tried to install and reinstall this app several times and no matter what I do it does not connect to my TC 2000. I guess it doesn't work. I should have read the reviews prior to installing.
When will Bowflex update this app? Says the last update was in 2016. That makes no sense. I cant even get my phone to connect to it. If I am going to pay $2500 for a product, I would hope that all features would work.
Horrible doesn't connect. It shows that Bluetooth is available but always says no devices found. Not 1 time did it work. Horrible
This app only worked for about 6 months, I called them and they told me that Nautilus had to update the app and its probably been close to a year, to this day they have not updated the app as of yet, I think it's just wrong.
I'm using a Samsung not 10 version 10. This app will not work because are software is too new and the programmers need to do a update on the app or a firmware update on the device. It's been 5 year now no update.
When I use the machine, my phone is on the machine - when done it will not sync. I cannot change the year, it is very fustrating.
Same as everyone else. Bluetooth connection will no work. Very surprised since everyone complains about the same issue, that they won't fix it.
For a machine over 2 grand, they can't even fix the app connection. It's not like this thing comes with a dam Tablet to sync info. Don't get this product
Bad customer service. We just setup our new TC200 and the app doesn't work. Sent email asking when the app will be updated and received no response.
App doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy S10+. It gives this warning message even before downloading it.
Update: It's not as bad as I thought. My date/time settings were incorrect on the machine. Once that was set correctly the app reported all the stats as advertised. I learned of a work-around for the syncing problem ... it may be a programming problem with the machine itself. I found I had to switch to a different user profile when my workout was complete in order to sync successfully. Another issue I encountered is that the console doesn't always shut off after a few minutes.
