Box

While the service itself is great, I installed the app to make a 5GBish folder upload go a little more easily. Only about half of the files have uploaded, all smaller ones in the group. The larger files keep failing and it didn't tell me until I tried uploading them individually that the upload size exceeded the upload size limit. It's small, something like 250 or 300 MB. All the files that upgraded successfully were smaller than that. Would be nice if the app told me that's why it fails.

It does what it says it will. The problem i have is not huge but annoying. It's supposed to help organize files and folders yet doesn't have a duplicates function and if a picture (for example) is renamed, compressed or the date of last modification is changed, then it may be uploaded again no problem. The other issue is when anything with a transparent background is uploaded to Box there's no way to tell it apart from a white background; even if the image is opened it's still just white.

for a storage app that gives 10GB for free this might be okay, but I think there are still a lot of issues to fix. Like the slow upload & download speed. There is no permanent delete feature in this application. And is it permanently deleted on the web or is it still stored on the server Box?

Good , but not satisfied because of quality of stored files. Very low speed in syncing in Broadband connection with 60 MBPS speed , in less than 200kB only files are transferred, so bad , need more improvement. I hope you development team understands and work to improve speed of file upload and keeping files in good quality while saving and fast access. Love Box, super helpful for my business. Only problem us all of my employees can see any file. I wish I could lock them out of certain files they don't need access to so I don't have to have a separate service or account for executive files. Waiting for that upgrade. But overall, happy with it!

Brilliant and Good supporting app. Quite generous. Is it true the data is saved in the cloud memory, because box itself occupies appx 1 GB on phone. Definitely some there are a few shortcomings, or may be i myself was unable to grab it fully. Some assistance is needed.

Would be nice if it worked more like the desktop version, or even Google drive for Android. Some files are too big to keep opening, but it won't let me download them to my device. So, I have to find another way to put those files on my device if I know I'll be out in the field and need them...

This is best cloud storage till date. Add on features like scanning a document to PDF and Saving clicked Photo directly to the drive is best features till now. This must be default app for a smart phone.

I need to edit my review. the new update is so bad. I can't upload anything. somethimes the app can’t even connect. Though I have a fast internet connection. Other apps working fine but Box is not

Easy to use! It's great for sharing if recipient has Box app because file sizes are usually too big to email to someone if more than a few photos, video, etc.

Was so promising at first. It has issues opening and creating word documents stating that it can't open this kind of document (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't). This is unacceptable, I do a lot of writing with word. This issue has made me not want to use this app. It seems to be only a mobile phone issue. Being on the run as much as I am it's important to put down ideas on the fly. Do better.

All files synced with Box got deleted permanently on my PC, since somehow my account got deactivated and support still has not answered yet. Normally a cloud provider exists to prevent this from happening.

This used to be great. Now it just flatly refuses to upload either a file or a folder. It simply vloses down the app. Plenty of storage space still available but now useless

Very basic storage app. Can't fault it, but as minimum a number of functionalities as possible. Though gives you 50GB with free accnt, a LOT more than your typical MicroGoogleBox.

It is s great app, reliable. It could be better to visualize pictures miniatures in the mobile phone and improve the videos.

I shall repeat my review which you deleted. Only this time I will start here. Box clearly do not care about customers as there is not 1 reply to a review here. . . I cannot change my primary password. Nor can I change my primary email as I am asked to provide my current password. I do so and I am told it is wrong. It is most definitely not as I am logged in under it. I manage to get a verification link Sent to my mail. Clicking and entering the password only brings up some zendesk error page.

Thought it was a "BOX Issue" on my last post here. But after doing some research I found out was a temporary glitch on my internet providers part. This is one of my favorite Cloud apps to use. 😀 👍

Seemless integration, reliable synchronization but not the fastest, quirky admin UI, would like client side options on what is synchronized vs. downloaded each time

The only thing about it is you got to pay a damn dollar and if they do away with that it'd be the best side out there but it's if you want to meet people there on here it's a pretty good side I don't like giving out my credit card number anymore I got scammed too many times

Love the integration with Office 365. Minus one star because I would like to see a lifetime subscription plan.

Great app, but it never uploads on one try. I always have to retry when uploading - unlike Dropbox, Google Drive & One Drive.

It's really an incredible experience using box, it's user friendly and UI is a way too intresting.

The uploads are always interrupted on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I don't understand why files can't be uploaded in background in uninterrupted fashion like Google Drive or Facebook.

They blocked my login due to I entered wrong password for one Tim, also I reset the password for new one but same my login still blocked I send an email to box, 3 dayes ago, but no answer yet Many files in my account can't access!!?

This used to work well before June 2021 but not for some reasom does not sync. Has randomly begun complaining about out of storage space in my 50gb allowance when using < 10g. Have deleted and cleaned bin and now wont sync at all despite badwidth no exceeded. Cannot contact supprt so forced to take my data off for now until base feature is working.

worthless cloud service provider, damn man😠😠, not even getting 1kbps upload speed, for your knowledge I am on a 100 megs up down speed connection, one drive is much faster than your damnit service man, why do you even exist, you need to shut down dude

I've been using this app for years to share files with band mates. Easy to use and no nonsense. Highly recommend
