Box Palletization

This smart application will help you find a correct way of stacking boxes and also tells you the correct way of facing the boxes so you could stack more in a given space. You will be told in the end that how many pallets/given spaces will be needed to fill the total number of boxes and how many boxes will be stacked on each pallet/given space.

This application will help you to determine the correct way of stacking boxes on following:

Pallets:
- Euro Pallets (1200 mm x 800 mm)
- Standard Pallets (1200 mm x 1000 mm)

Containers:
- 20' Container
- 40' Container
- 40' HC Container
- 45' HC Container

Custom:
You can also define your own space to put these boxes in by choosing "Custom"

Length measurement:
This application can support following length formats
- MM (default)
- CM
- Inch

Method of using this application:
It is very easy to use. Just follow following steps:
1- Fill the box dimensions.
2- Fill Total number of Boxes. so application could tell you that how many pallets will be needed in total.
3- Choose Pallets / Containers / Custom
4- Length of MM is default but you can change it to CM and Inch after step 3.
5- Define the Height or Width and Depth as well if you have chosen Custom
6- Press the Calculate Button

Answers:
You will be told followings:
1- The method of stacking the boxes. e-g: facing the front of box upwards, side wise or something else.
2- How many boxes will be placed in a row and column at the front, side and on the top.
3- Lastly you will be given told how many boxes could stack (if you follow the instructions correctly) in a given space/pallet and how many spaces/pallets will be needed.

Note: Height of the pallet does not start from the bottom of the wooden pallet instead it starts from the top of the wooden pallet where you will place the boxes.
