I made the order and the outlet called me for some issue with the snacks I ordered. The same was resolved and they confirmed that the order will be deliver in 30 min. And I checked after an hour, that they have cancelled my order without telling me. I have guests arriving at my place and it will be highly shameful for me (all thanks to BOX8). The taste for food is good but the way they treat customer is very very bad. This 1 star is for their food only.
Giving it 4 stars just for a glitch in app while placing the order where your saved address shows no saved address and you have to go and edit the address before placing the order. Except that the app is excellent with offers, food quality and delivery
Amazing food. Amazing app and interface. Easy to use and free from glitches. I've been using Box8 service since 2013 regularly. Highly recommend it!
Was good, but the new outlet am ordering from has consistent issues. They have taken it for granted, now service is closed post subscribing. Chat support has gone down to the drains when compared to what it was.
Very very bad experience... Totally disappointed... I was waiting for an hour and was checking the order.. After an hour they just cancelled the order saying we are closed... I didn't understand what to say... Just going to uninstall the app...
Worst application.i have tried to login but all the time it was showing error you are not allowed to login..also sent the email but not no reply.now it's time to say good bye!
Order #T68J50 . Was my 1st order and it was cancelled after more than an hour of placing it. Delete my account and all saved data. Dont want to be associated with this app anymore
Food quality, packing and delivery .. all points covered well. Best part is Constant Quality . There is not an event when I would have said yesterday it was nice .
This is the 3rd time I am posting my review. These guys are deleting my reviews. Very bad experience - delivered incomplete order and when i asked to send the missing items, the customer service guy didn't respond for 10 min and than closed the chat. Very bad service and arrogant customer support.
Not like before. All my past orders for this year have been either incomplete, with missing items and add-ons or, wrong orders entirely. This has happened on more than 4-5 occassions. Very disappointing considering the food quality is good.
very poor assistance. I would recommend to not to order anything from here. They have blocked my account for no reason and they aren't giving me solutions. They say that it's a technical glitch and then no more assistance. I have taken this issue to cosumer forum and twitter for the poor services and false information. whenever i try to log in, it says "You are not allowed" it can't be a technical glitch in that case.
Nice app for homemade food odering and availing delicious meals, if can make lunch box more nutricious and pocket friendly - likely under 100 (inclusive all) - order volume can be high thus more orders and more benefits for all. So far Application's Ui & UX need some more brush work. Thanks & Best Wishes
The delivery is fast and food quality is definitely better than its competitors at same price. The customer support was helpful in case of need. Been a year since I have been using it and it has rarely disappointed.
Very bad experience I have. I ordered my food and I was waiting for 1hour and still they didn't confirm my order and after waiting hours they just cancelled.. Rubbish
Pathetic EATCLUB membership. It's a con, better be off of this. A user gets either genral offer or the eatsure offer as it will be in form of coupon code. So only one coupon befit can be used. Swiggy membership if far better where one gets standard benefits of free delivery and a user can also apply discount/offer coupon on top of it.
I had placed an order at 1155hrs and the delivery time was for 1230 hrs. But by around 1214hrs my order was cancelled without any intemation to me. The message which I received was that my order was canccelled and refund process was carried out. Auto cancellation of orders are not mentioned in the apps terms and conditions and when contacted the store the people on other end was worst and telling me to go complain somewhere else. A worst experience for me as a regular coustomer.
Better to order from Zomato/swiggy No option on app to give instructions through app. They mix mint chutney with salad every time despite specific instructions over phone call. However when we order through Zomato swiggy, written instructions given on swiggy are followed. Also there are higher discounts on Zomato/swiggy
Their dal makhani is great. But I am still trying to find a comparable version of home-made chicken curry.
My experience is very worst with the box8.. After waiting a long still I have not received the refund of cancelled order.... Most lovely thing is order cancelled by them.. and after done the payment we have to take continuous follow up then also not received the paid payment.. ridiculous bloody hell...
Every time they take order and then call about particular itme not available. Why the hell do you guys update it in your menu if you cannot serve it. This is not for one time. It has happened with me for 4th consecutive. Now I get it it was not a mistake but something that you guys do it purposely. Do not order from them they are worst I have ever seen.
Very bad experience. The quantity of food they give is too less. I ordered a meal, and received very small quantity of food. Chapatis were too small, dal makhni was served like chutney, just for namesake. Moong dal halwa was just a biteful. Rice not even enough to feed one small kid. Whatever they serve is not worthy of the cost they charge.
After using this app and service for several years...now it's time to uninstall. Box8 has suddenly stopped serving our area. According to the customer care the mapping has been changed and hence our area is no more included. I couldn't use last 15+ days of my Box8 pass...so that is additional loss. Good food and good service of all these years... wiped out due to this erratic decision. Time to trash the app. Glad Zomato is fully functional.
If u add some dish to cart and later if that dish goes out-of-stock before check-out, then you are stuck. You can't delete that item from your cart or you can't empty the entire cart. Restarting app, Log-off & login has no impact. Basically you can't do anything to order alternate dish. My Box8 app in such state since yesterday. Possibly, this issue will get resolved once those items are back in stock. Suggest technial team to look into this issue and fix it.
The app isn't the best, a bit glitchy, but the service from Box8 is amazing. Their food is well cooked, and their portions are nice. Overall, a very good experience. But I have one big problem: please add a "notes to restaurant" option before ordering. I do not like the chutney that comes with the salad, and there's no way of telling the restaurant to not send it(can't even call them)!

The food is good and the app is also seamless! The delivery is reliable too. I think the campaigns can be managed better. Sometimes it's confusing to figure out which offer is valid on which products. Besides sending notifications, a separate offer category can be put on the home page.
Everything is good. The food is great and maintains consistent awesome taste. The only feedback I have is to do something for Pro-pass users. I feel like it is lacking. You can begin by providing higher priority during the weekends when order limit is increased (i.e. no limit for propass users). Maybe better discounts and seasonal offers too. :)
The brand is no longer reliable like it was before. I have been ordering food with them since long time but off late their service has been below par. Ordered food twice within the span of 30 odd minutes only to see it getting cancelled without prior notice. Connecting to customer support only to see them apologizing but not willing to fix the issue. Ordered the same food for the third time and it gets delivered. God help them in coming future if they continue the same service.
