Not very user friendly at all Notifications are not push notifications as they should be, the button to book for classes is fired even when I am just scrolling, and it is incredible slow All in all feels like an app developed in 2011, In need of a rewrite/face-lift

Unbelievably slow and the UX journey is totally unintuitive. There is also so much Reebok advertising that it actually gets in the way.

I really love using BoxChamp, booking is made easy and the reminders are a great touch. I can log all my scores from the programmed WODs and communicate easily with my coach through the app.

This app is very buggy, crashes when you remove appointments, doesnt display all the appoints you book. Its a bad app.

This app doesn't seem to work on Android. Logs in and then logs out immediately. Reinstalled and still the same problem.

there is also an issue with topping up for drop in sessions. There doesnt seem to be anywhere where i can add funds... unless im being blind.

Used to be great, but now when I try click to add a weight or time after a word, it just loads then does nothing or opens date instead...

i have had the app on pending download for a full day now, not sure as to what the problem is but cannot download the app.

Try as i may this app cant update, very slow and all the features dont work.

This app does not work. Keeps on giving errors. Cant even log in...😒

We only use it for booking class spots, so far so good (3mths now).

It is slow and cannot change the activity when it is saved.

Not responsive or user friendly.. Very dated app.
