I played the arcade version, circa 1982, in a 7-Eleven in Buffalo, NY. This is almost as good, but there are some annoying glitches. • the wrong areas get colored in • game freezes (not on purpose) and must be restated
Freezes! If I had a penny for every time I've been playing this game and it suddenly crashes or freezes, I'd be a millionaire. It's insane. I do like this game and there's lots of levels but it would be nice to pick the level that we would like to play. Also it would be brilliant if we could play the game without it crashing or freezing. Other than that the adverts are good. Most games now are basically adverts with a little bit of game to break them up. But this has little to no adverts.
Reminds me of childhood, loved these kind of games on old school basic pcs. Sometimes this game glitches and places the user inside the grid, and crashes, but it's a free game and I appreciate the developer for making it.
Qix. Classic game. Simple graphics. Rather adictive if you are a fan of the old classic. Very much like the one I used to play in the mall arcade.
Loved the arcade variation of this game back in the good old 80's, and this one is damn close to it exactly. Pretty cool!
Buggy and crashes constantly - controls from finger swipe don't register so it jacks up game play. Used to love the Qix game in the Old days but this one needs some work
This game COULD be great, but this is just so full of bugs. I couldn't recommend it in its current condition. Such a pity, qix is one of the most addictive games around...
To easy to accidentally change speeds when you don't want to. Fix that and I'll up my rating.

Closest thing to the Gameboy game Qix, which I loved as a kid. Has the fast /slow controls for extra points. Great version of this game
Omg....the LAG is so bad! I touch the screen and it takes half a second before it even moves. What garbage!
Fun and engaging. Wish it wasn't quite so tough but it does get addictive.
So this *GAME* won't work unless I allow Calendar, Camera, Contacts, Microphone and Phone permissions?!
Not responsive at all and very hard to control or play bc of it.

This game, while very similar to the Qix games I played on gaming consoles, it is full of glitches. It will freeze at random, for no apparent reason, sometimes a swipe won't register, and the controlled sprite keeps moving in the same direction it was headed before the swipe. For the above reasons, I gave this one 3 stars. It is a fairly fun game, but there has been no update in a while.
