Boxed Wholesale

I tried to open an account but it said my email was already installed so i tried my pass word and it was wrong so i tried forget pw and again the email they sent was misleading . I dont have time to click around with this site so either make it simple and clear or i'll go else where to shop

The only problem I have is I placed an order and received it. For some reason the app says it's been shipped/not delivered but I received it already.

This company advertises as a "save money, buy in bulk" place that delivers to your door. They should be advertising "spend more money for less product" because that's exactly what this is.

Can't log in. I can log in to Boxed through the web site but the app keeps telling me my email or password are wrong. I am uninstalling because useless.

Absolutely horrible I never got my order and when I asked for a refund they would never contact you this app is a Absolute scam. I feel sorry for the people who order big. I'm out of 40 dollars with no refund

I just discovered this company and placed an order. Everything was great, from the prices to the fast shipping! I definitely recommend!

Too expensive , For Just A Pack Of Cookies and the other stuff as well ...why get this app when you can pay the best price in Walmart 😅☺️❤️ and the frozen products meaning frozen food? 200$ really? Come on now ...that's greedy really greedy and you know God doesn't like too much greedy .....not even for 40$ I'll pay for it nor 30 .

App is good. The only issue is with boxed itself. At one point, you could order $50 worth of stuff and get free shipping; now, you have to order upwards of $80 to get free shipping, where they also tack on a high amount of tax, as well as new "delivery area surcharge" of $4.99. it just seems like price gouging and on top of that the price of almost everything has gone up atleast 2 to 3 dollars.

Like many others I have seen the ads on TV advertising for Boxed. I do have a membership with Sam's but Sam's charges higher prices especially on heavy items like water etc. I downloaded the app and did a preliminary check on the essential items we use like toilet paper and paper towels. I discovered that I could still get a better deal at Sam's club and I can order it online and have it ready for pickup. Also the selection wasn't that great. I removed the app.

The app is perfect, but Boxed has become a joke! They've raise the free shipping minimum to $75 plus added another surcharge due to zip code. Prices have gone up and consistent availability of products is nonexistent. The free samples with purchase was a great way to introduce new products, but that seems to have been pulled, too. Starting to look like a company in trouble. I'm done with them

I tried out Boxed, but didn't find it particularly useful. They don't list unit-prices on the app, so if you want to comparison shop you'll have to use a calculator. When comparing unit prices with Peapod, Boxed isn't saving enough money to justify the subscription price. The item selection is very sparse. They don't sell lots of things I buy regularly, such as coffee filters. The brand selection is very limited, usually the only option is one brand of item. BoxedUp isn't worth the price. You only get 2% back and the "special deals" aren't significant enough to justify the subscription price. You get 5% back and free shipping with a Mastercard World Elite card without having to paying a subscription. (Would you call BoxedUp a lose-lose in that situation?) Lastly, they don't package items well enough. When my package arrived, a bag of coffee beans had exploded. It was a mess to sift through the beans. Most of the cans in the box were distended and wouldn't sit correctly on a shelf. Two thumbs down.

Boxed is a great service for shopping for items in bulk, especially if you don't live near a large warehouse type store. Or don't own a car, as in my case. Ordering is easy using the app, and delivery is quick and accurate. I have used Boxed several times now, and been very pleased with the service. Recently ordered items on Monday afternoon, delivery arrived Friday morning, saving me multiple trips to the grocery store.

I checked the prices on this and it's cheaper to goto the store and buy what you get on this. My opinion the app is not worth it and needs to be taken off Google play. Your getting ripped off every time you use this app.

Freezes up on me when trying to log in including wouldn't keyboard freezes. Don't like the app.

I love Boxed. I see people commenting how it's not wholesale pricing so they delete the app. Well, it isn't. But a lot of things are cheaper than going to the grocery store and it gets delivered right to my door next day most of the time. Overall, I'm quite happy with Boxed. Most of their Prince & Spring brand products are great, and if you don't like it for any reason they refund you. No questions asked. Awesome customer service!

I am physically disabled, on a very tight budget, live 30 minutes from a store and am high risk for Covid. I don't understand about prices being high. I found items at reasonable prices and actually saving money, especially since there isn't a membership fee. Items have been packed correctly, arrived on time and undamaged. Literally a lifesaver for me and I highly recommend. You can find almost everything here. Took a star because out of stock items come up when I search which gets frustrating.

I have tried all day to put my order in and pay for it and it keeps saying my address is failed I've literally the same address for 9 years now

So I wanted to try them, but most items are way overpriced... much cheaper at Sam's and Amazon... I understand you have to make a profit, but when some items are a way over priced, I can't see myself ever ordering from boxed !!

I thought I would try them, it's good to have competition with Walmart and Amazon. Limited items to choose from. Their promo code BULKNOW for your first order doesn't work. Customer service told me it was my browser fault it didn't work. Tried their app and same problem. Now I can't even delete my credit card info. DO Not USE THEIR SERVICE

Gotta be honest, I literally just use Boxed to make bulk orders of snacks for myself and my roommate so we don't shell out $20 a week each for snacks from the vending machines at work. But it works out just fine for us, never had an issue with ordering, shipping or products. I would assume it works just as well for more responsible purposes. 🙂 Been too broke to drop $50 on a snack shipment lately, but will absolutely do it again when money's less short. Because snacks!

I love this app!! It's so easy to get the bulk items I need. I recieve everything in a timely manner with no issues! Best of all I dont have to fight the lines at Sam's or Costco! I do see people complaining about the $49.00 a year fee that's for the Boxed Up premium membership. Otherwise its free!!

The sign in/ acct set up page is cut off or doesnt fit my screen, but it gives you the option to sign in with your google acct at the bottom even though the words are cut in half you can still tap near it & it will take you in. The prices are kind of high even for bulk. The area I live in I can get a lot of these items cheaper on bulk. Maybe some people can benefit from this app if these prices are affordable in their area. But I can do better. App is glitchy, means easily hacked & unsafe.

Pricing is higher than the two local big box stores that we use.

Installed because the commercials make it sound convenient and more cost effective. Prices listed are WAY higher or the same compared to just going to my local store. And I don't mind going to the store, just wanted to save money. Uninstalled immediately.

I am probably one of the original people to use Boxed. Over the years, I have seen the selection increase dramatically which was great but now the prices are much higher as well. It used to be cheaper than Sam's and Walmart. Sad to say we ended up getting the Sam's membership to get actually lower prices.

Prices really aren't that good, items NEVER arrive intact the first time. Every time we order something it is delayed due to damage or arrives destroyed. You will have to contact support usually at least twice per order to have them refund or reship items. Cannot recommend.

Love many aspects of this app/ company. However. Over time I've noticed much of the pantry foods are expired or right up to it. Pretty much destroys the point. I've lost interest to shop for food as half can't be used.

WAY more expensive than I thought based on their advertising. They market themselves as "wholesale" type shopping but if you do the math, they are more expensive than the "retail" pricing of grocery store. I would stick with using your regular grocery and you will save money over Boxed. also, their customer service is absolutely horrendous and the only way you can reach them is through email and they take hours or days to respond.
