BoxHero - Inventory Management

Best customization for inventory control. I like the feature of choosing an image for the barcode and using the camera as a scanner. The only thing that would make this a top-notch 5 star app is the ability to upload multiple pictures per item. The fact that you can control inventory and get reminders for low stock is fantastic! Allowing to import via Excel makes inventory a breeze and few clicks to register any new item. I love this app.

This is a great program, easy and simple at the same time, everything in it is excellent. I love your app and look forward to working on it, but I hope you add sales report from the stock-in and stock out, so that I can know that the product which stock out easily is the product that is in demond.

I have been thru Inventory apps on Play store, Boxhero is the app I love ❤️ most, friendly UI, easy to use. Categories available so I could group my products neatly. Both product names and category names can be searched.

Currently im using it and I can say im loving it. With great and friendly support via email when im having a problem. Eventhough this app not optimize for my current items but its still do the work just fine and hoping later update will greatly improve my work experience using this app

Was unable to setup automatic backup/sync (looked specifically for google drive integration). There was functionality regarding excel files, but didn't test (useless to me) so can't tell if that was a manual export function (for ie. Backing up data) or something else.

Very smooth application. Not much of heck and easy to use. Very good for startups

It's an amazing app, even better than the other inventory management apps out there. BUT... this comes with only a 30-day free trial. After that, the app is useless unless you pay. And for a small business of just 2 people, $20 is too much for us at this point 😢 would be OK if the $5 plan was for 1-2 people but it's just for 1 user. So that's the dealbreaker for me.

Great app... waiting for 1 time payment app not a subscription .....

NOT FREE! I got a notification today saying my 30 day trial is 6 days from ending and requesting I pay for a monthly subscription. The payment is not through the app store. It must be done with an internationally accepted credit card. Big let down. Wish I had know this going into it.

Not free..I'm so disappointed. No where in google play does this say it's a subscription. Moving along great then BAM..message says you have 7 days before trial ends. So not happy. I wouldn't mind paying but $20 per month is a bit too much for a luttle small operation.

awesome app. would be 5 stars if you could press a single button to immediately get to the barcode scan of either stock in or stock out instead of three button presses. also if you could post humorously edit notes on the in/out screen that would make this the perfect app

After search more than 20+ app for inventory I think this is the best. App run fast, simple functional, best amazing UI. But I think you must add for analysis like top rank product IN and OUT on period time. Worst rank product on period time, so we know the old product.

Gam changer, truly. But need a few tweaks. 1. Add flash on while scanning 2. Add warehouse name and add many warehouse. So i can start in which warehouse. 3. Make an option, after each scan input qty (popup window) or scan still. I need an input qty after each scan because have a lot of qty each item. Using yours is taking steps too long.

Pretty simple to use. However I can't seem to upload photos from my gallery which is very annoying. Also can't edit or delete stock in/out if I enter the wrong number in.

Very good app, pricing is a little steep and a lack of notepad or notes section is strange. I added a notes tap but I would like a notes page to quickly jot down information to input later that's on the same app rather then multiple apps.

I am sorry for such a low rating(2 stars)... It's an amazing app, but I don't think its 20$ for 1 person a month amazing. Even companies like Google and Apple aren't crazy like that with their prices.. If it ever drops to 5$ for at least 2 people than yeah maybe... Brought it up to 3 just because I like devs that respond!

Hi team, I just recently start using boxhero app and I'm impressed with the features it offers and its simplicity. Excited to wait on the update for sales menu on phone. Would it be possible to add shipping cost also? And I hope theres is an option to restrict certain role from financial information also. Cheers

It's simply and fast. The pricing is too high for me right now can't afford another $20 monthly subscription and the free version only allows up to 100 items.

I keep getting a message "cannot connect to server" and it won't save. It is very frustrating and disrupting to my work flow.

Its good, But come on Add google playstore payment.. Not all business owner have a credit card for international use. I want to buy lite but boom no google payment. Sorry to say but im going to switch until i can pay with google pay.

Would be of great use if you add product price, buying and selling price. Also add sub quantity for eg 1 box = 50 bottles, this will help to keep the count while selling the less than a box

Good app for inventory. It would be even better if you could put price if item next to it. That way you can total your stock value.

Best free inventory app I have used, so far. Everything's perfect, the UI is so freaking good. Is this really totally free?

Its a good app for our inventory. Will be a great app if you can add reminder for the exp date too, not only for low stock

Nice and simple, which is what I am looking for. Unfortunately it lacks any sort of reporting so I cannot use it. Others may like it though.
