Good, but only gives you what is essentially a PDF of the page. Then you need to zoom in and navigate around on your own, which is tedious at times.
Does not work on Android. Once the app boots up, which took about 10 minutes, the app only shows old issues and wants to charge me even though I am logged in and have a subscription.
Love having an app of the Boys Life Magazine! Easy for my son and I to take turns reading the articles since we both have a copy of the magazine this way! (The app & paper magazine)
A subscription is of course needed. It is a little tedious to zoom in and navigate of course.
Paid for a year subscription got two months and now I can't get any more. It is cancelled my subscription that I paid for I would not buy this it is a rip-off
You app lets my kid bypass parental controls and watch anything he wants on YouTube and open any website he wants. Please fix this ASAP.
This app is very helpful and easy. I will go ahead and share with our pack to use :).
It's great instead of having to wait for it to come in the mail I can read It on my phone .

The app wont even start, it just satays on the startup screen that ha BOYS LIFE® in the center and MAG in the bottom right corner.
Only use it if you want to pay because if you want to do anything be ready to pay 5. Though it was more than that and paying like come on at least give me a copy or let me order one lame

Can't use the app from the code on the book and I'm not paying for a subscription I already get mailed to me.
If scouting was in charge of this app I suspect it would be much better. Very buggy, not user friendly to get subscription info into app.
For me the registration was easy. But the overall app is bad. The name of the app itself read as something else. It is 162MB which is more than some heavy games. And layout could get improves as well

Content is great. It's Boy's Life and filled with all the scouting goodness you love and expect. The app however is a very mixed bag. After you install it you get an initial splashscreen that changes to a black screen that says boys life. You think great the app is now booted up. You would be wrong you need to wait for another solid 2-4 minutes before the app is really booted up. If you click around you might get a purchase screen but it's not really ready yet. After an interminably long wait you get a screen talks about gestures and sharing but nothing that would inherently clue you in that you are in Boys Life. Finally after going through that you get taken to the issues page. I shut down and restarted and even installed on multiple devices b/c I thought the app was malfunctioning. Once everything runs it's fine but that initial boot is just pure ugliness. They need to really add information screens while the super long boot is happening.
