Features in Website Rent Cafe not in Bozzuto app. I think the app functions well so far. Only request is to have direct private email feature in response to bulletin posts on the app as well.
The app was great, but now I have login issues every single time. I have to hit cancel everytime the biometrics pop-up (which is like 3 times) and use regular email/password log in. This didn't start happening until maybe a month or so ago. I was always able to use biometric login before that without any issue. Otherwise the app is easy to use and a great way to pay rent, post a bulletin to your community, or request maintenance.
I like the idea of this app and being able to reserve rooms and grills. I hope ill be able to pay my rent online now as well via bank account or credit card. However, the app is very slow in loading new screens and processing information. Its somewhat counterintuitive if its going to be this slow forever.
Incredibly slow. I've spent 45 mins trying to pay rent and still unable to do so. Contact button does not work. And I believe there is something wrong with transactions as well. None of them will finalize. It just keeps spinning. Do not download this
Easy to use, But really slow in loading your info. When typing in the Bulletin Board Text field. You have to be fast, because it times out without a recovery option for the message you were just typing.
pretty simple UI, which is a good thing. easy to navigate and pay your bills. Also logging a maintenance request is super easy which is a nice feature to have. You don't need to use the app but I highly recommend you do.
Much cleaner than the old app/platform that residents were told to use but lacks the robustness. Im really annoyed that the bulletin board doesnt allow for picture uploads which is essential if youre selling/buying something within the community; Reservation for ammenities section makes you pick a day as opposed to seeing a calendar of availability; I cant comment on the Events or Announcements sections of the app as the building management of my community chooses not maintain/utilize it.

Unstable. Sometimes biometrics works, sometimes not. Takes too long to show the messages on the board. Must to improve a lot to earn 5 stars.
Useful, not beautiful. This app is helpful, but not a lot of time was invested to make the UX pleasant or convenient. Besides submitting maintenance requests, we should be able to message the Concierge or cancel a maintenance request.
Super easy and fast, make sure you use checking account info instead of debit it saves you $9 in fees so only 95 cents instead of $9.95 and it's coming from the same account!!!
Very handy. I would like 2-factor authorization to happen automatically instead of on-demand. The features I have used operate seamlessly and quickly.
Can't find my account, even though I'm the only one registered. "There was a problem sending the email" when I try to reset password. Can't use the app til this is fixed. Need this to pay rent. Fix it.
App wants to search for my community when I open it, but there is no option to enter text for my address. So basically unusable.
I really like the use and function of the app but sometimes I have a hard time logging in, that the only reason for the 3 stars. Other than that, I like the app overall.

Accessing frequently used features are easy on the dashboard. The only downside is the loading speed on the main page.
Really made it easier to get payments set up and was, surprisingly, easier to navigate than the website.
Solid, performant application. Some issues with ambiguous, unclear, or confusing UX at payment, but it functions just fine.
Almost a direct port from the computer browser, which is already pretty straightforward and informative.
The "Contact Us" button is conveniently non-functional. It doesn't even pretend to do anything. Also cannot initiate emergency maintenance requests. Its Christmas day and I've got a "gift" in my toilet that Santa didn't deliver, I'm fairly certain.

Easy to use app. It's great to be able to see my account and make maintenance requests anytime during the day.
Can't post pictures to the bulletin board on mobile. No notifications on posts to bulletin board.

The payment feature of the app is very intuitve and easy to use. The only downside is the added fee for credit and debit card transactions which feels punitive.
