Can you fix the BT connection, and sync issues ASAP, please? Unfortunately, like many others using this companion app, I too have use it (quite/VERY) frequently, and need the syncing ability to be error-free, and, at the very least, be reliable 90% of the time. Right now, sadly, the sync works less than 10% of the time, or less. So far, within the last 10 days, I've had to take close to 300 measurements, and log them. It's beyond annoying to manually log that volume, each time. Thank you!
Totally junk. Sync issues as others say. Takes so long to sync phone falls asleep as well the meter. Reading are out of sync using the 3x check. 70, 70, and then 139 on the top number. Then guess what, you can't delete the bad readings. I never went through the import process since it had sync issues. It just imports them anyways. And you can't delete them because you are told it's FDA law. It's my meter and my phone. Let me use my brain to fix issues and don't force me to trust the computer.
The sync feature doesn't work well and neither the app or sleeve allows troubleshooting of any kind. The app says "synced" but readings rarely transmit. I have to save manually almost all the time. Also it's supposed to be able to track battery health on the sleeve device. It has never done that either. Now it won't save any readings manual or transmitted from the device with a date in 2021. So. Much. Regret. Update: still won't save any entries from this year.
Absolutely useless app. Bluetooth won't link monitor and the app on my phone. Says it's syncing and stays in that mode for hours on end, and all of that while following the directions and help tips to the letter. It's shameful to put garbage like this out for people who really need the help it offers, but fails to deliver. Fix it or pull it.
Appears to take accurate readings. It will sink for a few times and then fails to connect unless you delete the app and reinstall it. One good thing is that it does maintain the records on the unit so when you do delete and reinstall it transfers all data. After enough errors it gives you option to contact the company. Their only response was to return it to Walgreens for a refund. No other solutions offered. Couldn't find receipt so I'm screwed.
This app doesn't do the one simple thing it's supposed to do very reliably, which is sync your BP readings from the Walgreens BP cuff to the app. The process should be VERY quick and easy, considering the very miniscule amount of data being transmitted, and that I have the cuff a couple feet from my phone (should be good Bluetooth signal). But it takes 30+ seconds sometimes, and sometimes, I have to try 3 or more times to get it to synv up before it finally says it received the new readings.
Useless junk, will barely ever sync with monitor. Oddly the time and date sync almost immediately. But any blood pressure readings may only sync one in ten tries if I'm lucky. How difficult can this really be to fix? My Bluetooth has no problem connecting to all my other devices. Edit - I installed a previous version, 1.7 and it now syncs again. If you search Google for "BP health previous versions" you'll find archives of the old version of the app and you can install a prior one.
I'm still awaiting a reply for help with my bp monitor. I contacted you all on 7/21/21 and no one has replied as of yet and I'm not understanding why. After Readings, it doesn't send to app/device to record it. It tries multiple times to sync with the app. But, it tells me: we're not detecting your device, please try again or try again later, many times before it shuts off. I have had to delete the app and reinstall it and still nothing. What is going on? Is it too hard for us to get help ?
Bluetooth isn't syncing. It started out working just fine. Then on day 3 my blood pressure started going down but the bluetooth symbol stopped blinking. I held it down for 3 seconds to make sure it was on and it said off so i held it down for 3 seconds again and it said on. Still not working. Turned phone on and off. No change. Checked the app settings no problem. Have to manually input my readings now. Wonder how long that will last before it stops working too.
This unit and app is truly useless since the last update. It never uploads the BP reading data even though it clearly indicates that it has a Bluetooth connection. I have had to enter every reading as a manual input and many times that fails to work as well. After trying several times you get the E4 message which indicates the Bluetooth transfer failed . DUH! Come one please fix this app so people don't have hi blood pressure from using it!
App refuses to connect via Bluetooth for readings after last update. Bluetooth connection for time and date from phone to monitor connects and updates immediately, however readings do not. I am having to manually enter readings into the app, also have noticed that some manual readings do not save, despite saying it has saved. Samsung Galaxy Note 9, fully up to date with Android and with this App. Please work on a fix for this.
Bought Walgren premium cuff yesterday. BP health sync'd once with my android phone, then had trouble syncing, and now won't connect at all. I do have bluetooth on, I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. I have shut off and turned on my phone. etc. I called the app folks and was on hold FOREVER...did not make contact. I emailed them and they indicated I was in line for a response but...no response. Would I buy this again...doubting it and I might return it in a few days if I continue to get no help. Odd. I have a number of other items that do connect via bluetooth so it is unlikely it is my phone....but who knows.
Won't sync with monitor 90% of the time. Reinstalled app and lost all data, over 100 readings. The monitor runs out the batteries even when plugged in to external power. Will not be buying another Walgreens unit again. Have had it for two years. It has been very frustrating.
Had some challenges installing the app but it is easy to use and measurements are clear and easy to read. Especially like that you can choose whether to save or delete each measurement. Would give it 5 stars except that it appears to have trouble initially connecting to the monitor. Easily resolved but mildly annoying.
This app is horrible. Can't get it to sync with the Bluetooth on the monitor. I continue to try everything in the troubleshooting tips including removing the app and reinstalling. It will sync about once every ten readings or so. I have no problems with any other Bluetooth connections.
Just purchased my Walgreens Premium arm BP monitor and downloaded this app to my Samsung Galaxy S10+. I have to say, I am quite impressed! After following the set up instructions in the app, the monitor synced right away. Took my 1st BP check and it actually did what it said it would do: sent it to my smartphone! This is my 3rd smartphone BP monitor; the other two were name brands and retailed for much more, but the app that went with them just did not work well at all. One of them, the app would not sync with my phone no matter what I did or the customer support suggested. Both previous monitors went back to their respective store. If this app and monitor keeps working as advertised, I'll come back and upgrade this to 5 stars. It just goes to show that the name brands aren't quite what they're cracked up to be!
Terrible. Would not pull most of the readings out of memory. The blood pressure cuff keeps shutting off during sync attempts. Paid a premium price for the cuff because it advertised being able to have the app to help keep track of my wife and my BP. At this point I'll be returning the monitor. Maybe when it's ready for prime time we'll try again. Meanwhile Adios.
The BP monitor model I have is not on the short list of supported devices(2) on this app. I do not see any other Walgreens apps for BP monitors. I paid for the more expensive monitor because it has the bluetooth feature on it. But it is a totally useless feature without an app to connect to.
I didn't have to read a lot and figure stuff out. I was able to download and power up in seconds!
The monitor worked well for about a month but then I started having trouble pairing to Bluetooth. Today I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. I lost my history and still having trouble with pairing. Also the screen is blacking out on the monitor.
Latest app update does not Sync with Walgreens BP monitor. Previous version worked well. Very disappointed with this update. Now I must manually enter my BP data. Fix this problem soon. Update 2/1/21, already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dec 22, 2020 app. Problems are still there. No Help. Update 5/29/21, Version 1.9.7 still does not sync with my Walgreen BP monitor. Sometimes after 5-6 attempts it might sync, but not always. So still doesn't work !
Deluxe model with less than stellar performance. Bluetooth app doesn't transfer data easily. (most times not at all) The only way to get data to sync, is to uninstall and reinstall the phone app. Each And EVERY time you want to harvest the info.
Doesn't play well with Android. When it works it's pretty good. But then after awhile it won't sync with the monitor. I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling in order to get it to work for just a few times before it quits syncing again.
Does not sync with app, on occasion it will but that is rare. This would be a great app to track your BP if it would sync to the device. Otherwise it's useless. I can write my numbers down just the same.
I've had my cuff and this app since 7/20 running on my Galaxy S8. I was really happy with everything until I did an update recently, and now it won't sync. I've tried everything. The cuff is trying to sync; the app goes into sync mode; and then the app says it cant connect. PLEASE FIX
Horrible piece of machinery. Wish I could give no stars. It won't connect with Bluetooth and send over readings. Often gives errors several times before it will take an actually reading. It even pumps up extremely slow. I want my money back!
The App is terrible. It tries to synchronize but at the end does not synchronize at all. Like keeps loading the information and that's it. It's worthless. It does not help you tracking your blood pressure readings. You can't share it with your Doctor. It's a NO NO NO. Not recommending it.
After the latest update in December. Constantly having Bluetooth connectivity. Did not have any Bluetooth problems before the update. Apparently the update was to fix Bluetooth problems. It gave me Bluetooth problems. It has to sink try to sink 10 to 15 times before it does. That gives me inaccurate averages for my doctor.
Cool app, just takes a couple minutes to get it running. Make sure all permissions are set to ok for everything. Then open the app and take a reading. Should sync at the end of the reading. I like the graphs and the information.
Wonderful tool for BP, pulse, with excellent add-ons. No issues with Sync as long as I remember to turn the Bluetooth app on and open the BP app. The triple check mode is nice 👌.
