DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought this subscription in 2018 and I didn't even get one issue ever! Google kept telling me that I didn't subscribe and it wasn't showing up in my account, even though I paid. Recently I subscribed again and I looked back at my Google account and sure enough, there's the subscription from 2018 that was never there when I paid for it. This time I subscribed to the actual magazine in the mail, it costs more, but you actually get what you paid for.

I give up. Uninstalled, re-installed ad infinitum. In google play confirms I have a subscription, every time I try to see an issue it, guess what, asks me to subscribe again. This is especially annoying considering the readership it is aimed at. You really don't care, do you? As evidenced by not a single reply to any of the issues mentioned here. You are a hair's breadth away from being a scam.

Resolved issue on phone, only to be told to restore purchases on new app. But...my account is locked! I have yet to read more than 10 pages of my year long subscription. Ive spent more time dealing with app issues, and I am requesting a full refund on my subscription. Ty. And restore mags gives me an error apology. Please refund my subscription price in full.

I have subscribed to have full access to current content yet when I go in to read articles in the winter 2019 issue in asked to subscribe. I'm actually getting better access to content from the posts on Instagram and that this is a waste of money.

Terrible. Subscribe button doesn't work so I bought an individual magazine using in app purchases. It keeps giving me error messages and won't show the magazine in my library despite me following all their troubleshooting advice. Money wasted. Should have paid more attention to the reviews first.

I love the magazine, I have had a prescription in the past. I however tried to purchase a past issue, and it is not downloading. The app is crashing, and I'm feeling disappointed.

Consistently drops subscription. Virtually impossible to recover. In-app support link doesn't work. 24 hours later no response from email support. Will update review if/when I can access my prepaid subscription.

Very nice application and magazine. It works very well. I can read it in normal text or switch it to PDF,the one I prefer more.

Purchased the yearly subscription and I have no access to the magazine now. Tried reaching out the team. No show it is. Really upset with the developers.

I actually thought that these people cared about helping people with BP or any mental illness and they do until you need to read the entire story whether it be for coping skills ect. for yourself or for a loved one then they are like everyone else $$$, it's only $5 but what if you didnt have that extra $5 its the point!

YOU THINK IT WOULD BE A HELPFUL TOOL BUT IT'S JUST AN APP TO SELL THEIR MAGAZINE

Worst support ever. The publication is wonderful. Unfortunately, Zinio, the app developer falls short. Two of the issues I purchased failed to open despite multiple uninstall/reinstall and restore attempts. Then the app would freeze, and I had to restart my phone more than once. The support email were pre printed requests for name, email etc. that weren't helpful. The latest says they aren't linked with Google and they want screen shots of my purchases. I'm done.

Won't load anything, even after uninstalling and reinstalling

I found the magazine online via a search for a few issues dealing with bipolar anger. The article was extremely helpful and hit close to home. I am newly diagnosed but have known that my moods were far from normal since I was a kid. I took the step for my health and relationships. I hope this magazine and blog continue my progression to healing and educating my family. Thank you

I'm not happy with my year subscription I bought about 7 days ago. I am yet to be able to read anything. The app keeps wanting me to purchase a subscription, but I'm already subscribed. I select restore purchase, and nothing happens. I'm about two seconds away from unsubscribing, and writing some frustration emails to people. This needs to be fixed, like A.S.A.P. otherwise I'm done. I was going to get a subscription for my friend who also has bipolar, but probably not now, besides, I guess it's too much to ask to be able to add the app to your family library like it should. I say this because bipolar is hereditary, there is always someone you know or love who also suffers from it, or you're trying to educate a loved one about it. Either way, it would be nice to share my subscription in my family plan, that is if the app even worked in the first place. I will change my rating, if the app starts working, I am good about doing that, but as it stands, I have spent money on a broken app... Please fix.

I don't think I should pay for information I can find online for free. I must have missed the excessive pricing in the description
