The BP Toolbox APP is free and enables users to send secure data from patient to physician for interpretation and diagnosis and allows you to connect your BIOS bluetooth devices to the app.

The 2015 CHEP Protocol is embedded in the APP for simple and reliable adherence to the protocol.Users can set reminders to take measurements at the proper times.

Patients and doctors can view specific time periods: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year of data, in table or graph form.

The APP explains monitoring procedures, and saves all information in the secure BP Toolbox cloud.

It would be nice if the service worked. How about letting us use the app without having to login? I don't need the 7D mode or the ability to send the results to my physician via the app. I'd just like it to record the readings. I've had some issues with the unit itself not retaining my readings (BIOS Diagnostics Precision 12.0 I think the battery compartment is a bit flaky. I'd return the device but it's been too long now.

The Android version of this app still can't seem to remember my personal details. This is made even more frustrating when most of those details are in mandatory fields. You have to enter them all before you find the app turns them into meaningless symbols. How hard can this be? 😕 As suggested, re-entered personal data and saved. logged out and closed app. Restarted app and logged in. Personal data were encrypted again.

I had issues with BT connection with my S9+ from the other update. I uninstall and reinstall and everything else. very upset no bt function as it was the reason i bought this monitor. I received the latest update but same results. Contact Thermor team and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my S9+ each time. Now the devices connect. Saw the data update. I changed the rating to 5 star. they listened and worked hard to get their product to work for all. highest level of CS!

Latest update gives network error every time I enter my login information. Still unable to use app. Issues with this app seem to never end, especially after an update. Still experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues since the last big update breakage they had. I Won't ever be buying, or recommending, a BIOS monitor again.

Horrible app. Like other users here, have had multiple issues. Invalid user errors, constant crashing, bizarre asci text. Have registered and re-registered three times ... Doesn't recognize the correct passwords and says it has sent emails for new password to 3 different emails and none go through. I have run out of email addresses and don't trust my information to this developer. Too bad, the actual unit is far superior to the OMRON products I have used.

When will the update be ready. It keeps messing up my info the symbols. I reinstalled it like other people have requested and the spreadsheets to show you pressure are cut off not displaying properly. Plus I have difficulties with it loading the machine to my app. I will update my review when the app is updated. It's been telling me for two weeks it's down for updating and maintenance

App keeps replacing my name with symbols. Uninstalled and reinstalled didn't help. Registered with new email as suggested by support didn't help. Btw, lost all historical data in process. Latest update 24 Feb 2020 - now the app does not load at all. Finally they seem to have fixed most of the problems. I am now upgrading my rating from 1 star to 4. If all goes well, I may even give it a five star in the future.

Have not had anything but issues. Cannot login with my old login. Will not send me password reset email even though it says it does. Tried another email and every time I try to log in with the new account it says network error. Also when I was able to log in with the first email i would always fond my data for the profile as weird symbols. Would fix and next time I coukd get in it would be symbols again. Looks like it would work great if I could get logged in and my data would stay.

This worked for a week relatively well then stopped working and wont store readings despite being connected to the monitor through Bluetooth. Also displays ads over lock screen presumably eating up much of my battery. I have reinstalled and rebooted etc.

Was working ok until the last update. Now it's not working at all. Like many others can no longer log in and cannot create a new ID. Nothing but network errors. Whoever is maintaining this app needs to go back to programming school and also take a QA course. Piece of garbage app! JUNK.

I bought this a week ago and have been waiting for the new app update as the thermometer does NOT work unless you connect it to the app. Its suppose to be updated today (02/14/20). So far nothing. Not impressed. No response to my emails either.

The last upgrade created issues that took about a week to solve. But they were solved with some patient and persistent help from a company tech. No BP data was lost and the app now works fine. There was never a problem with the BP monitor which I have used for about two years and am very satisfied with. In future, Thermor Ltd. should consider letting its clients know when it plans to push out an update. Contact information in the event of problems would also be useful.

Bluetooth doesn't work at all. I'll probably return it, because I paid extra just for that feature. Like, come on! If you're going to offer this feature don't cheap out on the app.!

Bluetooth connection stopped working after 6 days. Battery compartment cover will not remain in place, meaning I have to reset the time and date frequently. What a waste of my money!
