9 out of 10 times I am not able to log in to my profile. I keep running in closed circles: my fingerprint is NOK, I try password (which works on desktop), then must enter my card's ID (was done in the past), once done, I am informed that this card is already registered under profile which is obvious since I am trying to LOG IN, not SIGN IN which did work in the past. I delete the app, download new one, which fails to find internet on my phone meantime all the rest of the apps work.
Always have to reset fingerprint very annoying
Tried this app after major delays in the new and useless "Sign On" dialog of the bpaid website. It would not recognize my credentials even after multiple attempts and the main website accepting them. Horrible, made me regret ever getting a card from bpost.
Very Stupid App. I have been trying to login and register the prepaid card for the past 4 hours, it's keeps saying error try again later. I called customer service no one attended to me, I sent a message, no reply. I have tried on the bpost bpaid website,it still don't work,. I regret buying this card.
THIS APP DOESNT WORK! When i try to Register it wont even work. It keep saying that an erroc was corruced. I went to a store nearby and they couldnt also help. Waste of Time, Waste of Money...
Technical problems all the time, I can't pay online after the secure payment step that that has been added, the app encounters tech problemns and I can't complete my payments
Works okay for what it does which is almost nothing, just gives your balance and transactions history. For anything else you have to go to mybpaid website anyway.
Everyone has issues with this bpaid master card i got this card yesterday upto now they have not sent me confirmation link i wish i first read the reviews before requesting for this card is there no option to contact the service by email i have no time to call on this number they give us
I can't register at all! Everytime i try it says 'an unexpected error has occured try again later'.
Very useless card, i downloaded the application and it ask me to put in the card number that start with 100, which I did and it said "a customer profile already exists for that card" how is that possible? Each card has different numbers and i have called customer care and no one seems to know what to do and I can't buy anything with the card.
Cannot use it on privacy respecting android roms since last update, no clue why they would make this change. So now i am forced to use the website even on my phone.

Un usable only want to play big brother collect all your movements and data. Had this bpaid card to have some privacy but this is totaly gone Dont use this product or app

Can't register my self I complete the instruction. Each time I click on next the app say me " an unexpected error occurred, please try later. It's been 1 week I'm trying every day to know my amount of money on my account

New card When creating a profile getting following message A customer profile already exists for that card. Not very happy. Cannot use it.

No On-time delivery. Worst Customer Service. Why is the recipient being charged for some postal stamps and nonsense? Isn't it stupid?
The app keeps having technical issues... It cannot be trusted for online payments... There seems to be no pattern as to whether it is going to work or not... Sometimes you'll be able to validate a payment and then you'll have to keep trying for several days to be able to validate the next one. It really needs to be improved.
