worked 1 time. after that, no. it would not let me sign in. keep saying login credentials are wrong. i finally gave up and uninstalled the app. very disappointed

Who in their right mind designed this app? You can not submit the receipt by adding a pdf file. You have to print and then take a picture of it to submit. How stupid this can get? These days you get the receipt emailed to you most of the time.
When it worked, it was convenient to not need the computer but now that it doesn't work, allow me to sign in, after many uninstalls and reinstalls and password resets through their website, it is a thorn in my flesh. I think that is pretty much all of working with BPAS as a whole though.
