Last update is horrible! So much harder to submit claim.. when I upload a photo I'm making a guess that it's the right screen shot of my child's daycare bill. I use to be able to review the photo before submitting to make sure I submitted the correct photo with the correct dates.
Unable to edit user profile information. It shows for a split second then gone.
The app isnt allowing me to add receipts to ezisting claims and shutting down when I'm trying to read messages. I've never had a problem with any of these features before.
Convenient and simple to use. Doesn't update immediately, such as when adding a picture to a claim. Otherwise it has been great so far.
Good app. Upload all receipts straight from pics to the app, its no hassle and it now has a scanner option on app that you can scan all OTC meds and they pop up if its eligible to purchase with your card
I just downloaded this app yesterday. In addition to not having my specific Humana Plan, the app crashes whenever I try to search for a primary care physician.
After attaching a receipt, the transaction status does not update so the same transaction pops up over and over. Confusing and frustrating.
Been denied on more claims than have been paid because of the way the document is attached. Not going to be using after this year is done
Issues with setting password and saving. otherwise easy to use.
logs me out frequently and is a nightmare to reset the password.
I like the upgraded app. Especially fingerprint log on.
There is no option to view my debit card number. This would be helpful to purchase items on HSA.
BPC is worst FSA company we have ever used... go to eye doctor submit claim ineligible, get my prescription contacts, submit claim even said on receipt FSA eligible item guess what denied again, call the 1800 number no one to answer, any businesses looking to use BPC I would highly recommend using ANY other one
