Great app but it needs finger print authorization to enter the app or Samsung pass. I wish I could also add my debit from this bank on acorn investing for round ups or Samsung pay or Google pay. I've actually considered switching banks that are allowing it.
App works flawlessly and is very straightforward in it's navigation.. Been with them mostly since 1970...
Best bank ever, been with them for over 25 years. Great people and couldn't be more helpful and patient, even for the dumb questions.

Have used for a few years. Just had to get new phone. Can't get it downloaded on to new Samsung phone..WHY??
nothing comes up on this app even after i install it. i can open it in google chrome but i cant open the app.

Great app...very helpful and concise.
It's down alot of times and won't let me view the bank statement so I can switch to electronical statements
With this app I can keep up with my money and I know what I can and can't spend each month

Easily used
This used to be a great app- easy to use, full-featured but not cluttered... Lately though it is either "pending transactions are currently unavailable" - for HOURS, or it won't open at all. Some serious work needs to be done to make this app work again. Currently it is a waste of space on my phone.
What is the point of have this app if it goes down during the time you use it please make the maintenance time later at night
I like the app because it is very easy and convenient. The only thing I don't like about it is that it saves your answers to the login and security questions. If you could delete that I would absolutely love this app. I just feel like it is a security issue because if you lose your phone and someone finds it, they have access to your accounts.
Let's me check my accounts transfer funds so I don't gotta get to bank before they close thanks for making banking not a hassle. Don't sleep on this bank ya'll :-)
Great app, but would really love to have a feature where I can choose to have my phone receive a notification when a new debit and credit/deposit becomes pending...so that I don't have to go through the login screen and security questions every time I need to update my checkbook register or to check on pending/posted transactions. Thanks!
You can check your balance and transfer funds. It would be nice to be able to deposit checks.
Been waiting on this app for a long time.. well put together and is really clean...
The app is convenient, but it needs biometric authorization to login. Also, the app isn't showing some deductions until days later that normally show up instantly.
