There is a bug in the app. I resetted my passwod through forgot password option. Now when I enter the new password it forces me to change password. On entering new password it does not change the password and does not go to the dashboard. Basically it does not allow to access the app now.
Worst app, of no use. In website i opened but when trying to login through app then telling wrong I'd n password. & This app asking for media n files access permission. Why do u need this permission!! Pathetic
Pathetic App. Never upto date. The app opens when it feels like opening. Sometimes everything is blank. Only websites work. App doesn't work all the time.
Not working since few days, very poor management, must be fixed soon. After login doesn't allow to use any feature just a blank screen with menu icon and logo.
Good app but when I recharge my smartfleet ac maximum time not credited on my smartfleet acand showing PG request initiated after some time it's once again shows unable to ascertain transition status. From my bank ac the amount already debited. In this situation what will do. So I have not interst to recharge in smartfleet ac due to hang. Neither recredited in my saving ac nor in my smartfleet ac my money is always in hang in air. If u have any solution then I gav u 5 star if not then 0 star
Worst app. Took so long for OTP verification by this app that the bank blocked my Card. Shame on you. Last time it showed 'Transaction unsuccessful' and I ended up paying twice because of this app. And it cannot remember your Card Details too.
This new app is worst app we can't able to set limit daily / ad-hoc this issue has to be resolved at earliest ... Setting limit should be simplified at earliest... Also can't able to set limit via mobile site we just only able set able to set limit via Laptop/ desktop... Please update
excellent app.. get lot of benefits to fleet customers..very friendly app. total data in app..no need of laptop only app...
One biggest disadvantage we cannot save our card details for future use. We have to fill all the details every time, when we will going to recharge our account.
I do reset my password but it shows that your account is locked. No reason. No where to contact to open account
When I try to recharged any amount through upi every time unsuccessful and after 48 hours amount credited in smart fleet account. So please upgrade App.
After logout we have to reset password and login... this happes everytime.. why we have to change password for every login... bad experience
Now limit setting, recharge option, card addition. Everything available on it. Great work.

Bpcl app worked very good after this app hello bpcl app upgraded and hello bpcl app is decreasing customer strength due to charges can you reactivate my bpclsmartfleet old app I need not hello bpcl app please help
New updated version is too slow.. taking lot of time to find a card & update limit..
To many problems 1. Error regarding customer id & password not valid while changing password 2. Can't login every time it shows server not reachable.
The keypad is not opening when entering the cms limit. Hence not able to enter the amount.
App interface is easy but money transfer fails many times when recharge and there is no help centre to call.
I am using latest version of app but it is not working, after opening not able to click anything.
Really usles app never up to date all ways irritating .they are very irresponsible about customer service and customer all ways server issues and otherwise telling wrong username and password,🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔😩😩😩
Worst app , worst services , app not accepting my password saying it's incorrect and at same time not letting me set new password neither regenerating a new one .

Good app for Fleet operators and driver.👍👍 but need to make the needful changes as per customer's required...
Previously you delete the QR code option during recharge...please add QR code option again during recharge...because this is easy method for recharge...
The new update has stopped the app to set the card limit. kindly correct the same and give a app update
Develooer pls check IOC app. Poor in app testing, in limit set screen search not enabled keypad, MPIN set no response, pls make matured app.
Too slow. Reporting very limited. There should be facility to enter km at every transaction
Search option finds only the Card number and not the vehicle number. Noone can remember card number. So, it should pick up vehicle number, which is more important. The App has stopped functioning and Limits Updation feature closes the App abruptyly. Mobile number search is still not working. Very difficult to find mobile numbers especially in Virtual Cards.
