Hi. After downloading it on my phone, I was not able to open it because it says that my phone is rooted. However when I checked, my phone was actually not rooted. I even made a hard reset on it but still the same scenario so I was thinking that it could be a bug on this application. Kindly fix this as soon as possible. Please notice how badly people are reviewing this app. If you have concerns for your customers, make this a priority considering that we are all under community quarantine.
Can no longer use the old App (i.e. BPI Mobil) since it says that it needs to be updated. But upon tapping the UpdateButton, it says that my device is not compatible????? I successfully installed this new App (i.e. BPI BizLink) but it isn't responding after I tapped the SignIn Button. I then decided to access my accounts thru BPI's Web-based Online Services. Hope that BPI is aware/fixing the problem at its Mobile App.
C'mon BPI, It's already 2021 guys! This app, together with the BPI Bizlink website, has a really terrible, clunky and outdated UX/UI and poor Customer Journey experience that seems to sorely lack end-user input/feedback. Such a pain to use and navigate for us business owners, as it adds inconvenience instead of making things simpler and faster for us.
Previous app was working perfectly, now it automatically shuts down right after you logged-in.
The BPI app says to get the latest version but when i tap on "update now", it says the app is no longer compatible with my device. I can't find this BPI Mobile app also on play store, though there is BPI Bizlink but I'm not quite sure if that's the new BPI app. I tried downloading it, but won't open too, it says device is rooted (i tried downloading several rooting/unrooting app but confirmed my phone was never rooted). Is anyone else having the same issue? Can you advise how to fix this please.
If there is -0 that will be my score! The old app is working fine. This app keeps on saying that my phone is rooted but it us not. Useless!! Everytime I need to access my online acct it shows that it is locked out? Your app and acct online is so inconvenient to us and critical. Poor customer service!
I don't know if it's due to pandemic or because they're in skeletal force or something but regardless please fix this as soon as you can. We need the app to be fixed asap so we can do our transactions smoothly especially this quarantine.
Would have given negative stars but there is no option for this. Sooooooo slow. Keeps closing. Not user friendly. Does not show account name. Does not check that entered name matches actual account name. Complete waste of time to use.
If the app can't work with all smartphones, we would appreciate that being specified, instead of wasting our time and finding it out irritably. No star at all would be how I feel about it.
Why the hell did you remove the old app when it was working totally fine?? we really dont get it! this " new updated app" is not working!..please BPI, fix this asap since browsers are not safe for online banking..Please do something! this has been months of trying to download this " updated app" and it says the same that my device is rooted. We cant even transfer money to another bank since it needs a key from this app..this is very incovenient!😤
Completely Useless. It cannot even go past the activation window. I heard that BPI has outsourced its IT to IBM. If that is so, and if this app is made by IBM, then IBM is doin an awful job. If this is BPI's internal IT, then it seems they have to be changed. Zero stars. Low quality app. Useless.
Its not useful for those people who are outside the country. I cannot access my account and thru this app i can pay my bills online specially my credit card. So now how can i do all of that if i cant open this app. Please kindly do something about it. Thank you im your regular customer since 2013.
Had to uninstall the app. Says, device is rooted. How can it be? I never do any changes on my devices. Hope they will bring the old BPI mobile app BACK!!! It was a lot easier to use. #bringoldBPImobileappback
I have the same experience with others. It will say my phone is rooted when i downloaded the app.. I have unistalled and installed it back after checking with root checker saying my phone is not rooted. i mostly do online transactions with this pandemic. Please fix your app i need to do transactions online.
1.1 ratings BPI, do something about our problem. Cant open this it says my phone is rooted when it is NOT!!! no choice where to report it just closes after that. Do not remove your old app when you cannot provide a usable one!

why did you remove the old app that is working totaly fine?. this new app is not working at all I can no longer transfer money to any other bank accounts like I used to. I hope you can do something about this...

What's with request time off?
I have the same experience with the latest reviews. now I'm stuck with all my online transaction. Also, I try to change my password via website it says "we are unable to process your request at this time". I tried it many times but I still got the same result. I am very very frustrated.
Can't access old app as it requires an update but the new version is not compatible with my phone..Do you want your customers to buy new phone just to have your app?????? Why do you make it complicated BPI???
I have checked my phone and made use of several apps to verify if my phone is rooted or not. I even have my phone checked by techs. And all of it points out that my phone is not rooted at all. Yet this BPI App claims possible rooting on the device. How on earth will I be able to transact with BPI if it doesn't even allow anyone at all to make use of this app even if it isn't rooted at all?
Hey BPI WILL YOU PLEASE GIVE A BETTER AND EXCELLENT ONLINE BANKING SERVICE. THE BPI MOBILE APP BEFORE IS FINE AND ITS VERY EASY TO USE, BUT NOW I CANT USE THE OLD BPI APP AND YOU HAVE A BPI BIZLINK APP BUT STILL NOT USUABLE. THIS VERY ABSURD, YOU UPDATE YOUR APPS BUT WE CANNOT USE IT. AND IT ALWAYS SAYS THAT IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE TO YOUR PHONE ALWAYS LIKE THAT. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. IF I CAN GIVE -0 STAR, I WILL DO IT BUT THE RATE DOESNT HAVE.
One of the worst apps on the planet! Can't log in, so many things that need to be done before anything can be authorized! Can't even authorize via mobile browser. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
