the WORST! tried installing this for over a month already with going back & forth with customer service due to errors appearing after entering activation code. until now NO RESOLUTION.. STILL NO ACCESS.. so how could i approve remittance patments (i. e. hdmf) which can ONLY be done on elink mobile (unlike efps which can be approved on desktop)! PLEASE HAVE ALL APPROVAL ON DESKTOP SO I DO NOT HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THIS LOUSY APP!!!

Absolutely primitive and archaic. Terrible mobile view. Terrible system options and it is not really an app. It is an absolute pain to use. Their desktop site is no better and requires Microsoft Internet explorer to approve anything. Backward thinking from BPI.

Interface is too small. Cannot even pinch screen to zoom. Feels like app was built during the 90s. Not user friendly. App does not look like the picture shown and the actual app on phone

I'm so disppointed in the app especially when I saw that that the interface in the iOS version is so much better. What the heck BPI?! Do you only cater to Apple phone users? I am honestly insulted by how little thought you put into the Android version. Please fix the interface ASAP.

BPI apps are soo effin' frustrating.. can't check balance if you want can't effin' transfer always with error.. I even tried uninstalling it to fix the issue still with effin' errors!!

Must be the worst banking app, it's always offline, hard to connect even with high bandwidth internet,also they don't put any effort to the Android version only the iOS version. Please change your developer
