I havn't used the online access features because of the recurring error "We can't process your transaction at this time". Already called your customer service multiple times but stll could not resolve the problem. Opened a 2nd bpi account but same error persist. Been a BPI user for almost a decade already but the updates were a total turn off. If only I have the option, I would not waste my time opening a 2nd one.

The 'open account' option in the app is not working. I've gone through several attempts now and everytime I input my information, it ends up showing the "Looks like we took a wrong turn and cannot proceed with your request". I've tried this a few days ago too and still showed the error screen. This app is really frustrating to use.

Updated Feb 2022: it is good that the app has matured and has many useful features that I often use. However, I knocked down 2 stars, as for some reason I don't receive mobile keys in my phone when I use the desktop app in my laptop (I find it more convenient to use the laptop when doing multiple transactions.) I raised the concern repeatedly since Sept. 2021 and up to now it hasn't been addressed, they just ask for screenshots every time. Push notifications are ON.

App is good, goot no problem using it for 2 years now. but it would be better if you can add a custom name option to manage billers, having a multiple account on same biller is quite confusing...... But If I have a custom name on each biller, it would be easier for me to determine which is which. Under other service, no option to rename Biller. (Not recipient)

Why i cannot open the app? Tried to uninstall and reinstall thru Google play store and restart my phone but still shows this message "For your security and protection, BPI mobile may not be used if it was transferred via a file sharing service. Please reinstall your app from the Google play store." FYI, my app was only installed thru Google play store and my phone is not rooted. Kindly revert asap.

Unstable internet connection msg everytime i open this app. No problem with my internet connection because I've been streaming and doing work all day!! i tried restarting and reinstalling the app but no luck of fixing the issue. I even tried the apk file and still doesn't work! Im using it on android 11 motorola 20 edge pro. hope you guys can fix this!!! i really need to use your app for daily transactions!! I'll change my rating if this problem is solved.

Your updated app doesn't work! The old version is better than this updated version. When I open the app it says that unstable internet, so what I do is I ran speed test and the result is fast. I also try to load on my simcard for surfing to open the app and it has same issue! I cannot yet sleep because I need to transfer money before 5am for the emergency purposes.

Worst app. Too difficult to register device, it does not go through even though you have done all the sms verification. This app is the worst. Still can't register my device after complying with all the steps in verification. I think I have to change bank already. It is not convenient having reinstalling the app and ask you everytime to register your device and the registering of device s*cks.

Worst banking app ever! It's not a friendly user app. If I could rate this a zero star, I would. I can't transfer my funds to my other bank and it repeteadly stated "Transaction failed. We cannot process your transaction at this time" I tried to troubleshoot everything but it didn't work and it's really frustrating! If it is not for my salary I will never use BPI!

Horrible app, horrible support. I can register my device and open account, login and even send money TO my account but it wants me to enable mobile key to send money what doesnt work. Registering mobile key stops at "one time key" sending. "unable to process your request at this time" + tried since a week. Uninstalled. Tried reinstall on other device but its already registered on old device. Changing phone on old device doesnt work also, it needs a debit card number but i have none...-5 stars.

I would be glad if clients will have another option to receive OTP via email. In my experience, It was a big hassle and costly when I need to travel a long way just to visit any branch and access their ATMs. Let's take Sunlife mobile app for example, they do let clients receive OTP via email. Isn't it amazing? Less hassle and more convenient,right? I hope there will be see my password icon for us to make sure we inputted it correctly. I think that's an initiative for these apps&sites.

The app worked well before. But after the most recent update, I could no longer open the app. It just kept saying unstable internet connection. I've used wifi, switch to mobile data and back to wifi again. Still, it just says unstable internet connection. I did a test an my connection is fine. Please fix this bug.

Is the safety of my account compromised? I had just received an email that I successfully deactivated my Mobilekey when I did NOT. I don't even know how to do that. Now I'm worried about my account's safety. Since I couldn't reactivate it because apparently after enabling it in settings, it doesn't go back to the BPI app. It stays stuck in the settings so I tried uninstalling the app and reinstall it but now I can't login and connect my device in the app. I hope they do something. I'm worried.

It is convenient to use and a better app than any other online banking app I know, but recently as soon as my phone updated the biometrics suddenly got deactivated. I tried reactivating it but the app itself suddenly closes. I tried clearing the cache and also checked my phone settings if it had new set up that might cause the app to force close and I found nothing changed. I tried multiple times but it does the same thing over and over again. Hope you could fix this.

It has been great pleasure using this app. ☺🧡 It helped me a lot during covid outbreak and up until now. Looking forward for more paperless transactions. There are few needed to upgrade with the system and some glitches but I'm still happy they are improving it with their scheduled maintenances. Thank you, bigtime! 😁

I can't log-in to my account. it keeps telling me that it's either my username or password is incorrect but the username and password I entered were correct. & when I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I can't access it since it keeps telling me that I have an unstable internet connection when in fact, I have excellent wifi connection since I'm playing PUBG mobile. 😡

The app works fine for me now, but I wish the app also displays the name of the bank account holder during a transfer. We might accidentally type/copy an account number wrong and send it to the wrong account. It might also provide us with ease since statements don't immediately show the bank account owner's name.

The app automatically goes back to login page whenever I navigate from the app to message/inbox to view the OTP , so I could not proceed with the transaction. 😥 Before the update I can smoothly navigate from the app to the message inbox without a hassle. Now, whenever I go back to the app it went back to the login page, so I had to log back in and repeat the process. My notification bar doesnt show the OTP so I had to view it by opening the inbox.

App won't work on new phone. It keeps saying app won't work if transferred via file transfer and that I need to download it from the play store. No matter how many times I've cleared my cache, uninstalled, restarted and downloaded it from the play store it still gives the same error.

Will only give 1 star for now for your app. I love bpi but the app always have wrong timing. Whenever I'm trying to access it or transfer funds, it keeps on saying cannot access or cannot process at this time. It's really a hassle especially for urgent matters. Will change my rating if this gets fixed asap.

Though at times I think it inconvenient because of the endless updates and downtime for online transactions, I also think that it might be necessary because I'm sure my account wont be hacked. Security wise, I'm satisfied. Helped a lot with all my online transactions.

Your apps gaves burden to your clients frequently asking for updates though recently updated was done. the results was unable to open or to transact online. PLEASE INCLUDE in the OFW in your systems that someone who works in the middle of Ocean, how possible to update if no network or poor data availble. so no one can transact during needy. Very poor Service online apps

Installed on new device but cannot open and says 'unstable internet connection' but it opens on other devices that are connected on the same network. It's been days and still the same bug issue. Can't use the app - edit 2- response to developer, device is motorola edge 20 pro with android 11 os - update 25feb- uninstalled and installed multiple times. One month in from last developer response, still not working. UPDATE APRIL 2022- Still the same issue despite response from developer. BPI

Eversince i updated your app i can no longer load my prepaid phone, broadband and transfer to other banks since it doesn't send verification for OTP except to bpi transfers only. It's asking to approve mobile key when i haven't changed my phone for the past 5 years. I've been conveniently using your app for pmt or load transfers but now, i need to withdraw and do it manually. VERY INCONVENIENT! Uninstalling and reinstalling dorsn't fix it.

Trying to login on a new device with mobile key, except you have a timeout logic implemented when the user signs in elsewhere. So the device where I'm supposed to approve the new signin....is always automatically signed out each time 😂😂😂 can't do mobile # auth either since the phone for my banking apps is not the same as the phone that has my sim. Horrible, horrible UI. Tried transferring money, just said transaction failed no explanations 😂😂😂

I can't seem to register my device, and I've been at this for over an hour now. When I try to send the SMS verification, it keeps returning with the error, "We are unable to process your request at this time." It says on the website that in order to set up the mobile key, I need to log into the app, but it won't even let me log in, because it keeps giving me this error when trying to register my device.

10 mins after registration I could not access my online account. And their retrieval is not very helpful either. It's very frustrating!! I have to go to a branch and have it renewed, but after 20 mins, you guess it, I can't freaking access. At this point I kind of gave up this online banking.
