I can't Log-in into my account, it's always says wrong email or password. Hey c'mon, after update this apps I've seen many people have same this problems cannot login into their account! It's useless to pay this fee every month if cannot check the balance or Log-in What's wrong with you guys?? C'mon, Fix this ASAP!

I can not login. everytime I click Login, always appears pop up message with wrong password or email but I remember clearly my account and when I click lupa password then submit my bpjstk email, it say there is no regirestered account with that email. I can not check my balance. pls fix asap! useless apps that I've ever installed!

After updating, i can't login. It says wrong email and password.. but I remember it clearly. When clicked reset password, it says my email is not found. Need extra patience to use this app. Then how can I check my balance? Pls fix this asap

I don't know how to use this application. Every time give notification "can not connect the server". I never never and never could check my balance , everytime I click my profile, the application force to close apps.....very exhausted

Please fix the issue!!!! I tried to log in on my account and it always says "akun tidak ditemukan", it really stressing me out because I'm not able to check my bpjs status and I worried that my account might be deleted. And the most annoying thing is the app always shows that the app need to be update, but when I checked the app is on the latest version.

Try many times to log in to the app but error occur, wrong account can't access. This happens almost one month and the provider not fixing anything

Bad application. Already registered, yet keep get notification wrong account. Really need to fix immediately. This is government application for real. And yet, the worst.

I can not login to this app, tried many many times but same result error with the reason wrong email and or wrong password,...very bad app.

Nothing but an useless app. Can't login, user not found, email is not registered, wrong password. Googled it they told to call 175, well they busy all the time(?). Called the HQ of BPJSTKU yet they had no solution. Very disappointing

What's wrong with you? It's already good aps before, now it's a trash app, can't login, always says "pastikan koneksi internet terhubung". And I'm not the only one who get this problem. It's look like you don't want us to know about our balance there, so you make us can't login

After update e new version, i can't login, i tried to uninstall & re-install, but still...i can't check my balance, can't do "pengkinian data"...please fix the issue

Very helpful, can do what I need through this application without having to come to jamsostek office. Every input was processed less than 5 minutes, the app was crashed one time but the rest is flawless 👍🏼

How can you set the size of photo while it takes by camera? Max size 1mb?? Its not uploading file, it tooks by camera default app. Please fix it. Failed for 1st step biometric.

I could not login with my previous registered email address and password. Please bring me back the previous version that was more stable than this version.

I can't login and the app said my email is not found while I just made it around 2 months ago and never log out from it. It also said my account is not exist when I chose to search my account from NIK and BPJS number.

This is the worst app ever. Force us to update the data but still cant log in. And now its pop up the notif my account is not found. This is for sure the worst aps ever.

How i can pengkinian data if verifikasi biometric always denied! the app can't read my face! come to bpjs tk office and they just help to reset, but still verifikasi biometric can't do.

After the latest update, i open the app and it's written "please update your app". I did and it's a really funny announcement. The features doesn't seem really different from before. As for checking the balance, it's not available until Jan 2nd, 2022 bcause of closing book time.

I was unable open the aplication, its keep showing "no internet connection" even i have using wifii atm. I tought update is needed at first place but still can't use it

I've just updated it, but it didn't work when I tried to login and even when I tried to reset my password which I actually didn't forget. It always said "silahkan coba lagi". Please fix it soon! To me, login problem must be the latest bug user must not experience. It's just too bad.

This app cant verify me by capturing my face. I have verified 3 times but all failed & I was suggested to visit nearly branch.

It's super bad app. Not helping at all. I exactly know what my password is but its keep saying wrong password. Even after I reset the password, it still wrong. Really? It supposed to help but not at all.

This bad app, difficult for update data, difficult for checking balance, more menu more confuse.more better old app.
