BPP eBooks

Never buy a revision guide which has numerical part. Useless app, don't know why they have made it so difficult. For example one will read problem at page 1 and solution will be at page 150 now to understand the solution flipping between the pages is too difficult. Either keep adjusting the slider at bottom to come to the relevant page or keep swiping. Everytime adjust page to original shape to slid to next page, too awkward. Will never buy e version again.

So for users experiencing issues with the app not recognising your login credentials, I had to restart my device and this cleared the issue. Apart from this initial hiccup the app looks pretty decent and easy to use. Probably easier than the web version which I'm struggling with adjusting screen sizes. I think it'll have great potential though with more bug fixes. Thank you BPP.

BPP your hard copies are excellent. but this app needs to go back to the drawing board Cant download on my laptop that I use mostly for studying so I have to use it online. If I leave it for awhile, I have to go log back in. If I do question under timed conditions it waste my time as I have difficulty moving up and down the page. I would'nt recommend it to anyone and I most certainly will not be using it for future studies. .

Almost impossible to use the highlight function with any accuracy. If the cursors are even on the same line of text the app will move whichever one it wants to. If you want to be able to highlight less than 3 lines at a time I would suggest not using this app.

Very limited user friendly functions. Most frustrating the letters are tiny and there is no function to change the zoom setting so I have to keep zooming on every page. Same with the desktop version. Always logs out at every opportunity. Really frustrating app to study with.

Why can't the book i open just follow the default orientation of the screen. Eventhough my default setting for auto screen rotate is off the books i open, open in landscape when my phone is tilted to landscape position. The app home screen works well and follow s my default rotation setting. But the books like have a mind of their own when it comes to screen orientation.

The highlight function itself is pretty useless and time consuming. It is impossible to highlight words in the same line because the cursor keeps moving to the previous or next line by itself. Pages that have been bookmarked tend to disappear too.

Why have an app to use on mobile devices when you only have a font size which is usable only on a big screen ? You can only read in portait mode so good luck buying a giant phone just to be able to use this app. Highlights and notes disappear without any reason. Overall this app feels clunky and has the utility of a reading app developed 10 years ago.

This is the most infuriating app I have ever encountered. Despite being logged in to the desktop version of my ebook, the app will not accept my username, email address and password as valid. I tried the forgotten password link from the app, reset the whole thing and it again refuses to let me sign in so I can't access a book I paid money for and can't study

Mobile app is alright, but the PC version is absolutely horrible (on Windows 10). App constantly logs out, immediately upon sign-in + opening the ebook. Now it's stuck on one page and all the function buttons are missing. Not worth the money

I don't like the desktop version of this app. Firstly it's not available offline, then after a few days the navigational controls disappeared - all of them! The mobile app isn't user friendly either. One thing's for sure: I'm not buying these ebooks anymore.

No landscape mode. Auto rotate doesn't work. I would have given 4 stars. My smartphone has a 5 inch screen. I can't read it in portrait mode. Many apps do provide that basic thing. Grow up.

PLEASE FIX THE PC APP!!! The Android app is okay, but you are basically forcing people to use the Android or iOS apps because the PC app has been broken for so long. After a while the UI elements all disappear and it becomes unusable. Please fix it!

Hello developers. Seems like we all here having an issue cannot log in to the app. I was helping my friend to set up this app for her and i thought there was a problem regarding her account she could not log in so i tried to log out my account and log in again to check. It said that "username not found" also for me??? Please fix this. We really need this ebook for our study.

The app locked me out, I can't access my books. The app is accepting my password, it displays an error message when I tried to sign in. If I use the same password on the web, I get access to my account and books easily. BPP should do something about this app.

Doesn't work for ebook codes that come with the physical copy of BPP's books (which are brilliant). Just a real shame as I use the website all the time to read the ebook version of my physical books but carrying a laptop around all the time isn't practical, so I really had high hopes for this app.

The apps is good, however when I tried to open in split screen, the book became blank. I don't know why. I hope you can fix it to support in split screen mode.

Pathetic app. Waste of money. On rotating to the landscape mode, you are forced to view two pages at a time and cannot view a single page. No thought has been given to developing this app. You cannot take a printout. The desktop version is equally disgusting. If you are so queasy about copyright, then you should quit the area of education which calls for some element of open mindedness.

The apps crashes from time to time, difficult to find the terms, difficult to highlight, slow and lags! What's more it crashes so often that I have to keep on restarting the app

I activated 2 products f6 textbook which immediately showed up on the app but the p and r kit did not it's been a while I tried reinstalling the app almost everything. Still it does not show up. Help,!!!!

My ebooks won't download. Keeps saying I have poor connectivity. My other apps are working fine (including streaming videos). This is not what I expected from a premium learning provider.

I cant view any of the books. Because the app won't save the books it says . 'low network connectivity,please try again' . Im on wifi. (100mbps). This is unacceptable.

Non-userfriendly interface. Not easy to work with 2 different pages at one time. No chance to use application in split screen view on android.

Idiotical Full of bugs. The app did not even open my account I used my email ID and password to sign in through app it said the account doesn't exist but when I go through website with same email ID and password it does exist. THE MOST IDIOTICAL APP I HAD EVER USED dont waste your time and space in downloading this app

This app is a grand waste of time! Lost so much productivity time trying to access my account. Whereas on the website I am able to log on, I cannot activate my ebooks there either. Not even worth my 1 star....Utter rubbish!

I purchased the eBook and downloaded the app. But the app does not open my account. However it is the same email that I purchased books. Click on "forgotten email" to reset the password but it does not find my email either.

It is almost worthless app as it does not have option for landscape reading mode. I am dissapointed with BPP going along with this and will give a chance to Kaplan on my next ACCA subject.
