It is better to use other Banks banking. This brac app is not at all, user friendly, calling the customer care will be just a waste of time & per minute will cost you 2.5taka but you will not get any result or desired service from brac.
Always create problem. while try to activate, uninstall and install this app is required every time. Every time I face lot of trouble.
Weird bank. Stop charging for resetup of ACCESS / OTP. One can change his phn set or reset phn set etc. and fr that chargin BDT 300+ is a complt robbery !!!
Very bad system, every bank doing easy to access, only Brac Bank is difficult process. Just follow the EBL sky banking.
I think it is the lowest bank and lowest mentally bank and lowest internet banking service. Several time try but don't open. Many time and money Lost for this service. Several time call to call center but nothing
no one nonsense apps... every after few days apps is autocratic reset.... its very expensive for calling to custom care for geting activation code...

You are keeping it difficult to discourage using it. Your internet banking site is not mobile friendly too. 👎

I think OTP should be sent to mobile number and email, like your credit card system.
Complete garbage! In this era of online Banking, you will be losing a lot of customer like me, for sure!

Total garbage. Not intuitive. If you just make an webview app to access ibanking it would have been better. Your website is somewhat more usable than this.
